Well constructed with bending neck brace allowing me to put on neck or across brow. Usually i switch on both lamps, there is on/off for either lamp. Lamp heads pivot allowing for a good beam directionality. Have used the light for maybe 10 min straight and did not notice appreciable dimming.

I swear everyone needs one of these lights! It’s the best thing I’ve ever bought in my life and is great for anything that you need to see more brightly. I am surprised at how many things I have used it for. Of course the usual things like fixing something but I have used it to file my nails, trim my dogs nails, and many other small things around the house. Very comfortable and really bright plus you can adjust it to any angle. Best purchase ever! LOLI am Mrs fix it! Get one for your husbands, fathers etc…

The review is for the EZRED ANYWEAR Rechargeable Neck Light for Hands-Free Lighting - NK15. I've own both the EZRED ANYWEAR NK15 and the Snap On ECHDD012AR for over a month. Both are rated at 300 Lumens on the highest setting and I couldn't see any difference between the two regarding brightness on the highest setting, the NK15 has a whiter light and the Snap-On has more of a pinkish hue light, both have a similar flood beam throw pattern. The light heads on the Snap-On are slightly larger possibly because they are removable heads and will fit better in the hands with a slightly larger,longer size. I'm not a fan of the removable heads and prefer the permanent EZRED heads.The EZRED weighs 116 grams and the Snap-On weighs 118 grams. The difference is that the EZRED has a much thicker and stiffer neckband that fits tightly around my neck, this is a good thing because it stays in place and feels secure in place, the Snap-On has a much thinner neckband that has much more flex and just doesn't stay in place like the EZRED, the loose fit of the Snap-On may work better for someone with a very large neck, I'm 5'7" 180lbs and the EZRED fits my neck perfectly, I have worn the EZRED during the course of an 8 hour work day and didn't experience any discomfort.Battery Life - after 2 hours on the highest setting both neckbands emitted a good solid bright light with no noticeable dimming, after 3 hours the Snap-On was considerably dimmer than the EZRED but I was impressed with both neckbands holding a steady bright light for 2 hours.Price - I paid $80 for the Snap-On neckband and $40 for the EZRED, the Snap-On may have a better warranty but is twice as expensive, over time components may fail but right now the EZRED wins overall.

4.5 stars. Would have been 5 stars for initial use/impressions except that it would be nice to have a single switch to turn on/off and a single port to charge the lights. There are on/off buttons and charging ports on each of the lights. Not a big deal and probably a preference only. The lights are bright. I do find that around the neck is not as effective as a headlight where the light is coming from a location closer to your eyes. This only becomes an issue when I’m working close-up in the engine bay or under a vehicle. For use around the yard at night, there is no problem with around the neck. I find that this light can fit around my head and sit on top of my ears fairly securely, so I use it this mode for close up work. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the light.

The best! Bought one for myself and my husband for dog walking at night but it’s now the brightest flashlight in the house and it’s hands free so you can multitask!

Fantastic light for wrenching. I have been putting off buying the is light for a while and wishing I owned one when wrenching as my previous light would fail or won’t hold position.This light throws ample light, holds a good charge, and feels great around my neck.
