Works great
One of the cheapest on here! I have used it on my e92 to register and CODE in the new battery - both worked out great, as well as reading and clearing the faults memory.I haven't used the CD provided - it goes straight in to the rubbish bin, it's outdated anyways. Look for the software yourself - there is plenty of sources (e.g. BimmerGeeks) where you can get it for free.The only other thing you'll need is a USB driver - you can find it by googling "ftdi d2xx driver".Then follow the instructions that comes with software from forums.It is not by any means plug and play! You do have to have some computer knowledge at least (I'm a software developer so it was quite easy but took quite a bit of time anyways).

Total rubbish
Hard to install , it does come with a disk that might aswell be blank or in another language ,(I know my was around a laptop so I’m not a new be)If they supplied a auto run set up disk then this product would be great ,Avoid and buy another , I have returned it

Works with downloaded software very perfectly no issues with device whatsoever. Only realised it can’t be used on BMW F; G and other BMW newest car models. You need to get different cable and etc.

Exactly what I needed
The product is exactly what it’s says . I do not have a disk drive to install disk but works perfectly without. I’m using the product with ISTA+ 2008 e81 120d

Don't buy Comes with virus!!!!!
Do not buy this product. waste of time and money. Cd comes with virus so my computer wouldn't open it to install. P.o.s
