This duck fat tastes excellent and was just the right size. I have ordered gallon buckets of duck fat in the past, but discovered that I do not use duck fat often enough to use such a large container. It ended up sitting on the freezer for more than a year and being frozen made it inconvenient to use. I sous vide a turkey every Thanksgiving and the recipe calls for one and a half cups of duck fat. This can provided that with maybe a cup left over that I froze in a vacuum bag for another meal or two. The smaller quantity will thaw quickly and therefore will get used. The fat itself was very creamy and clean. It worked great for my turkey.

Blew our Xmas party guests away with duck fat fries and we’ve been using it since to everyone’s enjoyment. Great quality, excellent flavor, we’ll definitely buy this again.

This is the second time I bought this product; it is a bit pricey but worth every penny.

This was outstanding!We decided to do steak frite … and well I’ve never done that before (yes it’s usually a baked potato). I thought if I’m gonna do it I’m gonna do it right…. This came pretty quickly, cans were not dented, and I have to say if I could give this higher than a 5 quality wise I would. They came out perfectly… they were delicious, and I would absolutely be getting more.
