Perfect
10/10 making subtle upgrades to my moms 30 year old mixer

Bent out of shape.
The item did not fit my mixer. I am now stuck with this item. Amazon did not send package information on how to return this product. I am disappointed because I wanted to update my mixer. The band was also bent out of shape. I had to try to mold it back, but it was just not a fit.

Not for older models.
I ordered this as a replacement band for an old KitchenAid mixer I was refurbishing for my sister-in-law. It worked great, however, I didn't realize that this was for a different model and I had to grind down my own slot for the locking knob. But, it looked great!

Love it!
I have older (1970) Hobart (kitchenaid) mixer that has seen better days. So I spray painted it and added the new Trim. Its looks just like a new one! I LOVE IT!!!

Actual band style will vary, not like the picture
The "kitchen aid" letters are not black like the image shown. Nor is the "heavy duty" print on the band. Definitely false advertising. Gonna keep it because shipping took forever and these are hard to come by.

Well made
We have repainted our mixer except the trim band has faded. This new trim band has perked up the look of our 30 plus years old mixer.

Couldn't find this anywhere else I'm so glad I did Great new Trim band for my Old Kitchen aid mixer make's it look nice !
