Good buy
Took a little bit of youtubing but works great.

RF G7 Software doesn't work
Cable seems to connect but software didn't work at all. Thought I'd be able to use RF, but no. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew RF G7 code wouldn't work. So if you're buying for that reason then don't bother. If you're buying just for the dongle then you're probably ok.

well...it kinda works.
Some of the programs work, some don't, and it also triggered my antivirus. I suggest downloading the programs elsewhere, the dongle will work fine without the disk.

Fits my needs
Works well for my needs. I am not using the software provided however. I needed the usb interface for software I already have.

Waste of money
Not one worked. Also tried to install a virus and spyware when I tried to install one of the Sims. My security software caught it and wouldn't install it WASTE OF $

Everything in one package.Can't beat the price.

Good HW, not so good SW
The cable and dongle works fine. Wasn’t able to activate the RF7 with the serials provided, though.

Trojan virus on the disk received
I received this item quickly. However, during installation, McAfee virus detection detected a Trojan called Artemis! in the SimLauncher2014.exe on the install disk and would not allow installation.
