Happy Hen TreatsTreat For Pets, Mealworm And Sunflower, 6.5-Ounce

My Girls absolutely love these!! They are spoiled rotten, prefer cheap wild bird seed over their high-quality non-GMO food, which is sprouting very nice edible greens now ...BUT they won't eat ANY of the other feeding squares ONLY this combo. On the few days I can't let them free-roam, this product is the only thing that saves my sanity (without it, they complain loudly about not going out - even if it's like near Tornado conditions!). The squares have good quality products in them, seem fresh, and don't crumble easily, which is great cause it takes days of pecking and keeps my (two) brats occupied as mentioned!

I wanted to try this and see if my wild birds would like it or not. We have a large backyard bird sanctuary. HELLO! It only lasted TWO days! I saw every kind of Woodpecker...even the Yellow-bellied Sapsucker! Blue birds, brown thrush, chickadees, jay birds...etc. Worth the money to see all the different types of birds that love this treat...especially all our Cardinals :)

I can't tell you if it taste good, but my 12 chickens had it gone in one day. The only reason I give it four stars is because during shipment it gets bounced around and pieces will break off. Will easily fit in any suet basket.Somewhat an expensive treat for that only last one day, but my hens are worth it!UPDATE: If you have a local Tractor Supply for almost half the asking price (being $7.99 at the time of this review)

This served the purpose of keeping my hens happy and quiet for a bit, but with 4 of them pecking at it the squares don't last long. I like them, but because they go quick, I won't be ordering too many because of the price. I use the happy hen treat ball and that works great and gives the ladies longer entertainment value time wise.

My chickens LOVE these things. I have a subscription because they’re that good. When they hear the bag crinkle they come running!

I think this is better stated, "My girls love it!!" Temporary living situation has , our chickens needing to be penned. :( Giving them something to DO, like EAT, (we all know how that is right ?) has relieved the "chicky tension" while they are imprisoned.And it's good soooo good for them!!

These are great. Chickens love them. Put them in the "hanging basket" that is made to fit the square & the chickens will devour it within 24 hours!Little expensive to buy very often but as a treat for the chickens one should buy them periodically.
