Galaxy Note 5 Case, Verus [Crystal Bumper][Shine Gold] - [Clear Cover][Military Grade Protection] For Samsung Note 5

Clear rubber case with a plastic ring border for my Samsung Note 5. The clear plastic is nice looking with the gold border ring. It sits out just enough from the touchscreen that I suspect the phone would survive drop directly on its face. Even still, I bought a glass screen protector to go along with the case and the two seem to coexist together very well. I used to encase my phones in Otterboxes but this phone is so large that I didnt want to go that route and make the phone any bigger than it already is. So this thin profile case does seem to give some protection without making the thin and stylish phone bulky. I doubt it will take the same abuse an Otterbox can endure. But thats not what you're paying for. The rubber gives good grip too because the phone by itself is so slippery, it makes it hard to hold. With the case I now have something to grip. That alone is worth the price because I feel like I won't drop the phone. My only complaint is that the clear plastic shows every single fingerprint so my phone looks dirtier than it is. But I'm confident that the phone is protected. I guess only time and successful accident prevention will tell, but my initial impressions are positive.

I have tried MANY cases with my past/present phones and this one provides not only the protection but also ability to see the gold case for my Galaxy note 5. Already I've gotten many compliments on this case, couple of friends have orders for their phone and also ordered one for my friend that does not have an account with Amazon ( it won't be long before he creates one because I can't stop talking about the great service and speedy delivery haha). I have a 3 yr old that believes my phone belongs to him and he's always dropping it or getting food on them. No worries now, ketchup and sticky candy wipes right off and has survived a dropp and bounce down a flight of concrete stairs without a scratch on the case and the JetTech tempered glass screen protector that I purchased with it kept my screen safe. I know, wow!! I could go on but I believe I've made my point, this case is pretty great an many different levels!Hope this helps anyone looking for a durable case that's not too bulky, colorful or simply just want the beauty of ur own phone but with the added protection! This is the one!! :-)

I ordered the Verus Crystal Bumper for my Galaxy Note 5. For durability, so far so good. Let's hope I never have to test it. I am not too happy with the appearance of this case. I wanted a clear case so I could see the pretty sapphire blue/black. I ordered this particular one because I thought the mint green would make the sapphire pop a little more. With the case's dot technology, the back cover is more translucent than "crystal clear" which makes it very difficult to see the actual pretty sapphire color. In all honesty, if I had paid more than $14.99 for the case, I would return it for something else, but it's just not worth the hassle for me.

I have had numerous phones over the years, (this is my 3rd from the note series) and this case is by far the best case I have come across. The case is slim but very protective. The back of the case is tacky so your fingers stick to it but its not the type of material that lint or other debris sticks to. Also, the original lines of the phone are still protected. I love that this case takes on the original shape of the phone including the back of the case that keeps curvature that the Note 5 has. The specs are also super tight. This is one of the best fitting cases I have ever come across. This case mated with a glass screen protector is an awesome looking and protecting combo.

When I first got this case I was in love with it. The case still fits snugly on the phone and it has protected my phone several times. I work in a warehouse with a concrete floor and the case has saved my phone when it has fallen on the concrete. However, I am disappointed by the quality of the plastic. It must not be UV protected. See the attached photos. I got this case last October, it has not spent much time in the sun. Yet the clear finish which is supposed to "show off the beauty" of the phone has yellowed and become discolored. I tried washing it in mild soap and drying it, but the discoloration is there to stay. With the next Galaxy Note coming up this review might not matter much with the Note 5, but anyone buying the next generation phone should be aware that the clear plastic will yellow and develop an oily discolored look to it in a matter of months.

I received this case for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phone in the mint color and it is a great looking stylish case. I ordered 2 of these cases in mint and pink colors. They fit snug and look great with my white SG NOTE 5.In less than a month, the outer mint color snap on piece cracked when I accidentally dropped my phone! I wish it was metal and not plastic! I have an Invisible Shield screen protector on the front and on the back of my phone which is also glass. I accidentally dropped my phone on concrete and it scuffed up the clear part of the case. Unfortunately, my screen cracked, and the entire glass on the back shattered. My phone is useless. Luckily I have a protection plan on my phone and was able to get a new one.If you are looking for minimal protection with a very stylish look and less bulk, then this case is perfect.If you want better drop protection and durability, get something like an Otterbox Commuter case. I've already ordered one.

Well its a case and it does its job. Here why, let me start of first by saying its on my wife's phone. She likes to leave her phone on top of the car and drive off, and watch the phone smack the ground, o and sometimes she will run over it backing up to get it... She has also dropped it randomly out of her car while getting out, or in the house, in the store where ever a women would go with a phone, I am sure its seen the ground... And yes its still the same case and same phone, nothing has broken or cracked! I would recommend any Verus case to anyone, I trust their case in my wife's hands, so it must be good right!
