Got this ring a week ago and love it. It's a beautiful design and dainty, my style. Extremely comfortable to wear, too!(So says the wife)

After 3 days one of the stones fell outOther wise looks great fits and arrived quickly

this is a dainty ring that doesn't feel like it will break. it has a nice leaf design that wears very well

I bought this as a Promise Ring for my girlfriend and she loved it :D. However, after about a month or so, one of the small diamonds fell out. She hadn’t noticed when it actually came loose and did not find the diamond. We figured we’d get the stone replaced and have a jeweler tighten all the mounts, but before we could, another diamond fell out missing. And later a third one. After just over 3 months, the ring lost 3 stones and my girlfriend no longer wears it. We contacted the company, Ross-Simons and sent them the picture attached and they said that shouldn’t have happened and to send them the Order # details, etc. Once they found out it was an Amazon Order, they didn’t help anymore and said we’d have to work through Amazon Support.Amazon support said they’d send a message to Ross-Simons and at that point Ross-Simons said that they couldn’t help since it was past Amazon’s 30 day warranty plan. They said there was nothing they could do, unless I had bought the extended warranty plan, which I hadn’t.Bottom line is… It’s a beautiful ring, but cheaply made. You shouldn’t have to buy an extended warranty protection plan on a ring that doesn’t stay together within normal standards.

What woman doesn’t love diamonds bought this for a girlfriend for Christmas and she loves it very sparkly

Diamonds are milky white. Glass would look better. Terribly disappointing. I should have returned it.
