This jam is delicious, and fruit is the main ingredient. Our favorite brand, sometimes hard to find, so happy to have it available here.

I first tried Sour Power over a decade ago and could not believe how good it was! I had been in scone making mode at the time and would heap piles of this stuff over my scones and cream! The texture is highly spreadable. It tastes like fresh cherries with the kicking spank of rhubarb! This magical sweet 'n tart potion is good over ice cream, pan cakes, toast, or right out of the jar...which I indulge in once in a while. The sugar content is quite low in comparison to regular jam. Sad that it is pricey. Nevertheless, it's a special treat that, if you can splurge, must try. Recommend this flavor and brand. Enjoy!

This is a lovely tart concoction, but I cannot discern one bit of rhubarb in it. I do love tart cherry so will definitely eat it, but am disappointed as I'm a rhubarb fanatic. This jam is very loose-- more like a homemade pie filling than jam to me, but I'm fine with that.
