MAKE SURE you get the correct one: for neutral bus panels or pintail.
See subject/title. It's the correct breaker but yes, all of these new electronic breakers are (in my humble opinion) over priced regardless of source or brand. That's not a dig at this supplier - they were honestly, true, timely and as reasonable as I could find. They, and other retailers are not the cause of the expense. The code and its committees are.But - full ⭐ s from me to the vendor. Thank you good people. To the reader - if you must purchase one, you might as well buy here.

Siemens Q220AFCP 20-A Double-Pole Combination AFCI Circuit Breaker
I needed two of these Siemens 20A double-pole AFCI breakers for a kitchen remodel that had some existing 12/3 NM-B multiwire branch circuits for counter top receptacles and appliances like the dishwasher and over the range microwave/hood. The wiring was only installed in 2008 and was basically like new and up to code, so I couldn't justify removing and replacing it at the customer's expense just to satisfy the new 2014 NEC AFCI requirements for kitchen circuits. These 20A double-pole circuit breakers worked fine for the job and there haven't been any issues with nuisance tripping, which I was concerned with, since it would affect two kitchen circuits, as opposed to one, when the double-pole circuit breaker trips. I'm impressed enough with the results that I am considering purchasing a 15A double-pole circuit breaker for the two upstairs bedroom circuits in my own house, which are fed with 14/3 NM-B wire. I was pleased to find these circuit breakers for a decent price here on Amazon, which was almost forty dollars less for each than what the supply houses around here charge for them.

Perfect for shared neutral applications
Does what it is designed to do. Diagnostic LEDs are helpful. I have had 2 nuisance trips on this breaker since installing while using an old blender. I'm pretty sure the motor is just worn out, but it is good to know that the breaker is doing its job.Don't forget to add the included troubleshooting diagram sticker to your electrical panel after installing.

Great for shared neutral electrical run.
Electrical upgrades required me to meet code on a single leg of a shared neutral run (our 1976 built motel has one such run for each of our 40 rooms and then some). I took a gamble that his had the same fit as our current BR breakers. About the same price as two single circuit Arc breakers. Did the job and saved me from a real conundrum.

Perfect solution for a sticky problem
Many homes are wired with 3 wire cable and the circuits are split using a common neutral and separate feeds on the red and black. Until this breaker came along, it was impossible to Arc Fault protect those circuits. This breaker will work provided the neutral does not go off and serve another, third circuit. If the outlets are all on the same two circuits, this breaker works.

Wrong product or wrong description.
I ordered 15Amp and received 20Amp.The description is 15A the picture shows 20A. You need to fix this. This is wasting my time.

AFCI are a HORRIBLE invention!!!!
Arc fault breakers are a solution looking for a problem. These breakers are nuisance tripping all of the time! Not just the 2 pole but also the single pole. I've called Siemens, and of course it's a problem on my end. The AFCI breakers are NOT ready for prime time. My clothes washer trips them, my refrigerator ice dispenser trips them, my son's laptop charger trips it, the halogen light down stairs trips it, oh yea the freezer in the garage trips it! How can this be??? JUNK!

Too sensitive
Be careful with Siemens AFCI breakers. I bought this at the start of a big remodel and when the appliances went in, it kept tripping when appliances were used. Checked everything and did some research. Others had similar problems. Switched it to a different brand and problem solved. Too late to return so im out $90.

Four Stars
Works as advertised. Unfortunately hard to find in Canadian stores.

Did not have CSA label.
You cannot use this in Canada as the inspector will reject the breaker without a CSA or cUL label.
