Let me get this out of the way from the start, I AM NOT GAY, NOT A CROSS DRESSER AND I IDENTIFY AS A MAN!That said, let me get into why I purchased these panties. Being an innovative and experimental person I wanted to find ways to eliminate the HORRIBLE PAIN I have with my Ileostomy. I’ve identified reasons all revolving around where the surgeons positioned my ileostomy: AT MY BELT LINE (stupid location). As such pants, belts & underwear become a culprit of rubbing & irritating the ileostomy. Whats worse is I have an irregular lumpy area right at the edge of the soft tissue. This area NEVER HEALS because of seepage getting under the seal surrounding the stoma. I chronically have pain levels 8 & above at times reaching 10! Let me tell you level 10 pain is horrible INSANITY!I my quest to diminish pain I quit wearing pants NO I don’t walk around without bottoms! I now wear sweats & no longer have belts rubbing that area. AND after buying many I mean MANY different underwear (finally gave up on men’s) in an effort to find something very gentle that would not cause any irritation. But also that has sufficient space to house my stoma pouch as well sufficient strength around my leg opening to retain the pouch. I also needed a lot of pliability for the pouch when it fills up. And lastly sufficient to accommodate my male anatomy. The top banding was the MOST important.So there you have it! My rating is #1 in terms of the top because there is NO BANDING at all yet stays in place! Outstanding! Nice pliability for the pouch. Reasonable to accommodate my male components and leg opening sufficient to hold the pouch (I wear the pouch sideways)Good job Commando! Great pantiesLastly I know these panties are great for women because MY WIFE (a woman who identifies as a woman) STEALS MY PANTIES! I’ve reordered 8 to 10 times now! As such I highly recommend these for women! Well worth it!

So disappointed. The quality has dropped since the last time I bought these. I bought them in Jan and it's now march and the seam in the crotch is already opening. Waste of money. Why pay 30 bucks for a single pair of underwear that becomes trash in a few months.

I ordered a total of 7 pairs, and at $30 a piece that’s a lot of money. Ten months later every single pair has holes and/or frayed at the seems. Not worth the money.

These are worth every penny. Invisible and comfortable under white pants and jumpsuits. I’ve bought a second pair. My Jean size is 10 and the large fits perfectly.

Edit: two months later and it has a big tear up one side and barely usable. This is a travesty for a $38 piece of underwear.Soft, comfortable, and seamless but has started tearing within a few weeks of purchase, and I only wear them about once every week++. For upwards of $30 per pair, I expect them to last as the foremost criteria, but this has fallen apart faster than my cheap multi pack pairs.

Not only are they super soft snd comfortable they are the ONLY ones with the laser cut. There is a reason why they are expensive. Do not accept imitation.
