Excellent in holding in (some) stomach fat/flab. If you are VERY overweight and/or has too much stomach fat, it will not work as you may think, but for someone with some gut/love handles, it works like MAGIC.It is strong, holds whole area between pelvis and chest (does not cover chest or d!ck area, which is awesome - and I am 5'10"). High quality product, made in USA, no zippers, which is awesome, since the little hooks work best and add more retention. :)#1 problem is sizing. You need to go 1 size smaller then their recommended chart. If you go by their chart, you will get something too loose/too big and incorrect size based on chart provided so that it does what it needs to do - which is to contain stomach/handles a bit. :( This HAS to be tight, or it won't work.I wear this under my white undershirt when going somewhere nice and no one can see it and looks like I am much more flat in the stomach, which looks nice since I have upper muscular physique with a small gut. It is perfect. It also helps me keep a better upright posture, which is a bonus.Ordered correct size (one size smaller then recommended on your chart) and works perfectly! :)

I have tried a few products that did not work. They were uncomfortable and would ride up or fold down, and they did not do the job. This product is an exception. It works. It consists of just the stomach portion without the briefs and this is better because it does not have to be washed each time you wear it. I put it on for the first time this morning and I placed it on top of an undershirt and under my dress shirt. It was a bit difficult to clip the first clip which is tiny but if you lie on the bed, it is much easier. Thereafter, it was easier to clip the rest standing up. This product has two rows of clips for adjustment. It took less than a minute to put on and it does the job and is really quite comfortable. I suspect that it will get even easier each time. It really works.

I got after having a number of hernia surgeries.(4) I have a belly overhang problem. and it overhangs my hernia wound. So I got one of these,to help support my stomach since the surgery has pretty well destroyed my lower stomach muscles. And it works, But I have a lot of stomach to keep pushed back. And it has worked out great for that, I'm happy with it. But for more control, my doctor has suggest that I go for a woman's girdle, which I did, and I've very happy with those. For my stomach and the hernia wound, the woman's girdle works the best for me......

thought the belly buster holds U in, U still roll out when U take it off, the more perminet solution is to get off your fat butt and do some exercize, thats that I do now. Oh yae, I'm glad I didn't get the one that was 2 sizes smaller, I have to put this 1 on by pulling it up my sides, while its still snapped, couse, I couldn't do it the way your soppose to, I couldn't SEE or close the hooks...

Unlike others, I bought this product to provide support. I'm a tall skinny guy with a desk job so I spend most of the day hunched over a computer. As a result, I have rounded shoulders and a protruding stomach. I decided to give this a try and it has been awesome! It helps me to sit up straight and provides a good amount of support for both my back and stomach. I wear it under my work clothes and it's unnoticeable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with back pain as a result of having a desk job.Like other reviewers have posted, I would also recommend going one size down.

this product has a great idea and probibly works for others but didnt for me cause i goth the wrong sized but its ok cause i think ordered the wrong size so will do so if i need but i have lost the weight i needed now but recommed to others just look at the size chart first;-)

I bought this to help prevent loose skin while losing weight. Think about this, you break your arm and your arm is in a cast for a couple of months. What happens when they take the cast off? Your arm is smaller then before due to being in a tight cast. Basically that's what this does, you wear it all day and take it off at night. It will help your skin shrink while your losing weight. You may have to get a few different sizes depending on how much weight your going to lose, but you will see a difference, I have.

I was not sure about the size based on the mixed reviews (some say it fits and some advise to order one smaller) so I decided to order 2X-large and X-large. I have to say the 2X-large was somewhat large and I now use the X-large. So I also would advise anyone to order one degree smaller than their normal size.
