Chicken Crack Fried Chicken Coating-3 -11 Ounce Bags

This is just what I have been looking for since I left Chicago. It's easy to use, the taste will have you wanting more and quality is of that found in restaurant supply stores.

Ive ordered this multiple times. This coating is fantastic. I get the original. I tasted a pinch right out the pouch before coating my chicken and I was hooked right away. perfect amount of flavor, spice, salt, savory. Its fantastic. Great crunch after frying. Will not go back to anything else

I really like the coating. I start by soaking the chicken in butter milk overnight, then I roll it in the coating until it is completely covered. I deep fry it at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until it looks golden brown. The chicken comes out with a crispy coating and the meat is tender and juicy and tastes great. My only complaint would be is that it tastes slightly more salty than I would prefer.

This is amazing on chicken so we tried it on shrimp, and it was amazing! First, we soaked the shrimp in a blend of milk, egg and hot sauce for about an hour. Then we coated the shrimp with the Chicken Crack and fried the shrimp. They turned out incredible; a light and crispy outer coating. I highly recommend this product for chicken and more!

Expensive coating.....we did not like the flavor either . Don't waste your hard earned money on this.

Fried really well but found it to be a little too salty for my liking.

This seasoning is so good. You don't have to add any salt or anything to your meat. A little pricey but it was worth a try.
