I have been taking the vitamins for my hair,they have helped so I wanted to try the shampoo. I haven't used the shampoo but twice and will wait to see how it does

Bottle of shampoo was not tightly closed.
The products arrived on time but I only received half a bottle of shampoo. The shampoo bottle was not tightly closed and half was wasted in the plastic bag that was in. It’s an expensive item and I suggest that the company seals their bottles and make sure the caps are tightly closed.I just used the products so is too early to determine how good they are.

It says safe for color treated hair but lots of my color comes out when I use it.

turned my hair a mouse color
I have natural beautiful white hair, however this shampoo changed my color. I would not recommend any product that does that. My hairdresser was shocked when I went for a hair cut.I love her other shampoo & was so shocked about this one.
