Ok. So, I’m a bit heavier than most so I purchased the XXXXXL. I’m about 350lbs. I was able to get the vest on. I have a lot of loose skin from having RNY surgery. Only problem I have is when I sit down it rolls up a bit. It fits great on my back and It definitely does the job of making you sweat so I love that about the vest. I’m sure it’ll fit much better once I get to wearing it more often and exercising and walking with it on. I highly recommend this vest!

I originally ordered an 3XL based off comments, but it was too big! I wear a size 16, with 34 waist...Along Fit graciously sent me an 2XL and when I tell you, I normally dont sweat alot..I worked out with it yesterday, and I have never had that much sweat dripping off me....It was GREAT!. It seems to help your endurance at the gym as well. I am super excited to see what results I have in the upcoming months. Thank you so much Along Fit...your customer service is AWESOME! I did have itching issues from the first one, but after wearing an tank top under it, I didn't have any issues again.

I think I need a smaller size! But works Amazing I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!! I order a xxxxl thinking it's like everything else on Amazon order up sizes to fit!....but I was WRONG! I should have ordered the xxl, but that's on me not the company!! Great buy!! And I definitely sweat a lot! 😉😁

I am 5’2 and I am 130 pounds with b cub . If you have big boobs I suggest you get a bigger size but for me a small fits fine and it really does work within 30 minutes I am sweating I have had two children And this is definitely good for the stubborn belly fat:)

Originally bought the 2XL because of the reviews but it was way too big. The XL is perfect! Secures the boobs well, doesn't restrict my arms at all, and the abdominal portion can be as tight or loose as needed. I'm 5'7 and a 36D with a smaller waistline and play basketball, softball and tennis with this on with no issues. Bought the pink and the yellow!

This was way better than I thought it would be. If you’re looking for a product like this get it! I love that it’s all one piece, don’t have to worry about it rolling down at all. Definitely gets you sweating underneath the vest. Love it to because you can pull it down longer since the bra part is disconnected from the stomach style piece. Great effective Velcro that you can tighten as the weight comes off. I got this in a XXXXL I’m 5’5, 235 pounds if that helps with sizing and it’s just a tiny bit big on me but very comfortable.

WELL I WAS UNSURE AT 1ST BUT I ORDERED IT AND I RECIEVED IT TODAY ON 08-02-19 I TRIED IT ON AND I WAS IMPRESSED FITS WELL AND I STARTED SWEATING IN MINUTES VERY COMFY IT'S WORTH THE MONEY

I thought by looking at other reviews it would have helped me pick the right size ,but it didn't..So hopefully I can help someone with my review. I'm 5'8 , 325lbs , size 24 in jeans and 2xl -size 20/22 in shirts, and just had Weightloss surgery a couple months ago so I'm in the process of trying to tone and firm up. I bought the largest size XXXXXL AND it fits very snug and kinda rolls up when I sit down. But I'm hoping as I lose more weight it will stop doing that. Overall the construction on the garment in very sturdy/firm.. I would recommend this product just make sure to get right size
