I am very picky when it comes to vitamin c. I have used the ones with droppers that I don't like. I have used thick ones that limit how many layers of other things you can use. This one is a light emulsion that soaks in the skin perfectly. My skin has smoothed out so much since I started using this and their retinal serum. My little bumps have diminished. I am so happy I found this affordable brand. And it was on sale! I will say, I think I will go through it much faster than the retinal and that disappoints me. Edit: I sadly had to stop using this due to me out of nowhere developing symptoms of rosecea and apparently rosacea tolerates serums with low levels L. Ascorbic acid the best (although EVERY person is different. Niacinamide is supposed to be great for rosecea but I can't tolerate the ordinary's.). I do agree with other reviews that this was great for the price point so if you can't afford skin ceuticals like most of us, this was great while I was able to use it. It is so hard to balance one you like that has great texture and results. Not to mention affordability! I still recommend for anyone on a budget and anyone who doesn't have skin issues like me.

I just finished the bottle and it’s a a good one , especially if u are new to vitamin c serums , I don’t have anything bad to say about it , for starters maybe use two or 3 times a week , it feels great on the skin , it will brighten your skin a little it’s just a good one

I started using this serum in April 2025, a few months after giving birth to my first baby. Postpartum completely changed my skin. It was less radiant, more dull, and the products that used to work for me no longer did. I went to a dermatologist who recommended I start incorporating vitamin C and retinol. I was nervous to try retinol right away since I’d never used either, so I decided to start with vitamin C first. After reading reviews, I chose the Naturium Vitamin C Complex. I’ve used this mostly in the mornings, not always daily but very consistently since April. Within about one month, I started noticing a difference without changing anything else in my routine. My skin looked brighter, more even-toned, and less dull overall. It just looked healthier. I’m 33 years old with normal-to-dry skin (not oily), and I experienced no breakouts, irritation, or sensitivity. The formula feels hydrating and layers well under moisturizer and sunscreen, which I appreciate since my skin tends to be on the drier side. I just repurchased it at the larger size, so I plan to continue using it.

Amazing affordable vitamin c with amazing quality. I used it all summer and paired it with Korean sunscreen and it definitely kept my skin light and even-toned.

So getting back to the point, I have struggled with hyperpigmentation caused by acne leaving scars behind, some hyperpigmentation from melisma (genetics) and just some sun damage for a very long time. I have been watching videos of Naturiums owner for a long time and decided to give this vitamin C serum a shot during prime day deals. First of all, the value of money is amazing because I got the largest container for a very reasonable price. It has been going on for 4 months and I apply it twice a day and very generously at that and it has not finished as of yet. As you can see in the video above, I basically have no more hyperpigmentation from the past (a few here and there are caused by recent breakouts because I had a nexplanon birth control implant and am purging because of hormonal imbalance) but overall, my skin has brightened to the point people notice and give me compliments. My mother is a very brutal critique and even she has noticed changes to the point she has asked me to buy her whatever I’m using during Black Friday. This has also helped with my humpy skin texture and has helped another out the area around my cheeks a lot. I am absolutely in awe of this product and I think if you are someone struggling with any kind of hyper pigmentation, this is your holy grail. Take my word for it, I’m extremely serious. I love this product and don’t wanna gatekeep ❤️

Over the first few weeks, my skin felt smoother, and there was a slight glow, but the changes were not as dramatic as I had hoped. One downside for me was the scent—it’s mild but not particularly pleasant, which made daily use less enjoyable. Additionally, I experienced a bit of tingling during application, which subsided quickly but was concerning given my relatively sensitive skin. While I did see minor improvements, the results didn’t justify the price tag for me. It’s a decent serum but didn’t quite live up to the hype in terms of fading dark spots or delivering a significant brightening effect. For now, I’ll be exploring other options. Three stars!
