SODO RAIN City Waterproof Jacket

Good quality and ware proof no issue.Problem is: its material is not really breathable, maybe a bit not much. I always got sweaty, even during a cool day, like 60 degrees F, after wearing it for longer than 1 hour with normal amount of activities

This jacket fit really well. However, Not for a second is this jacket waterproof. After only a two mile run i was soaked. Returned it and bought a similar jacket at Cost**. Hoping for better results.

We got the Sodo Rain City waterproof jacket about three months ago, but my husband has just had the chance to actually use it and it was worth the wait. The jacket is a light, waterproof, material that is perfect for spring or summer rains. The water roll right off and the jacket itself has a nice distinctive look in color (navy blue) and fit and is comfortable enough to be worn while exercising, or just over your regular clothes. It has a hood that can be put up to prefect your head- the hood does not fold away which is a bit of a drawback. Best of all, it has plenty of pockets to carry wallets, keys, etc. Overall, this is a stylish, well-made, functional rain coat that is great for an active person in the summer.In fact, really the only downside to this jacket is that it may be too lightweight- we had to wait until late spring to wear it as my husband felt he would have been too cold to try to wear it earlier. In that respect, if you live in a colder climate, you may find this jacket is only good for a limited amount of time per year, but even then, it would come in handy when you want to be outside in warmer, rainy weather.

Wearing this jacket is what I imagine it must feel like to be a frog. Rain runs straight off it, but it's easily light enough for running and well vented enough that it doesn't feel stuffy. It looks somewhere between sporty and functional. I feel like I should be a woodland ranger instead of a dad, but it is awesome.This is primarily a super light, functional rain jacket and doesn't have some of the bells and whistles. The hood isn't stowable, but it's has a plenty big enough to keep rain off my face. There are four pockets - two hand pockets, one on the arm, and one on the back - all with waterproof zippers. The jacket is very sizeable with multiple draw strings, velcro, etc.All in all, I like it a lot. It's got a cool distinctive look, it's incredibly good at keeping water off my torso and face, and it's incredibly lightweight, It's good for workouts or going to work. Recommended!

When my husband collected the box this was in, it was so lightweight, he asked me if I had ordered air. Note: although marketed as a men's small, I am a female wearing it and like the way it fits. This is a waterproof windbreaker only - there is no insulated lining, so it does not add much in the way of warmth, other than keeping the wind out and the rain off. It has a hood and the zipper feels like decent quality. The length is great - it extends far enough down to cover my bum and that also means it doesn't end up bunching up at the waist. Pockets are well positioned and closable. The cuffs are not elasticated, but rather snug down with velcro so can be adjusted to fit. The stock picture is of a black jacket but the description says Navy Blue/Black and what arrived is a very pleasing color of navy blue.

This jacket is super lightweight. It doesn't seem to have any vents inside, which I expected in this type of coat. The sizing is off too- the XL is more like a standard large. Too bad, as it is an attractive jacket and good for packing on those days when rain seems possible.

Light weight, rain resistant jacket. Very well constructed and perfect for mild but wet weather.Rear zipper pocket seems like a gimmick which isn't very useful.

This is a nice jacket. It is not bulky, but feels substantial. I like the zippered outer pockets. There are no interior pockets. There is a tab to adjust the hood.
