I had some small scratches on bags of my motorcycle and I lightly rubbed out with soft sponge and fiber clothes. Then waxed with mothers it brought them out.

A Must Have Rubbing Compound for Detailing
An excellent follow up after Mother Claybar system. This Professional Rubbing Compound does an excellent job (Depending on your buffer) to get all types of light scratches and spiderweb scratches, swirls, etc... out of your paint without damaging your clear coat. I used a cheap $38 random orbit buffer with a wool pad and received stunning results! I was able to get out most of the light and spiderweb scratches from my paint and restore it to near show room quality after a full polish and wax system. I recommend using a professional buffer with variable speed capability to produce professional detail shop results. Like most professional products, when using a variable speed buffer, you start out on one speed and end on another speed to produce better results. I highly recomend this when doing a full detail/paint restoration on your paint. Also, follow this up with Mothers Professional Finishing Polish and the Mothers 3 Step Polish/Wax system to achieve maximum results.

Used this to remove 50 years of grime from an old Mercedes. Works really well and helps to bleed the paint.

Got this from amazon of course!! I didn't want to leave my house and already have Mothers 100% carnuba wax. This compound works great. Does the job it is supposed to and is liquid. I had to buy and applicator pad to apply to car and have some microfiber towels in the trunk that I use to remove application. Very very nice polish without putting the wax on. THEN I applied the wax. Oh boy. ;)

I purchased rubbing compound to replace the expensive smooth top stove cleaners for my smooth top stove and let me just say this stuff removes the minute scratches and in my opinion out performs most if not all smooth top stove cleaners!

The best for cars and our boat
We use this on all of our vehicles and our boat. It has always done a great job. My husband wouldn't use anything else but this.
