One of my trusted brands. Only through the first bottle but so far so good. No problems with it. Have been resting Omegas and this seems to be what I'm looking for.

Good stuff

I researched quite a bit about various omega fatty acids, and this one seemed to be the best available combination. I’ve used other supplements from Life Extension before, and have been pleased with those so I also trusted these would be good. I did have bloodwork done just prior to using these. My ldl was a little high (eating low carb for a couple years with higher fat, but now im trying to focus more on protein rather than fat), but no follow up test yet so I don’t know yet if these are helping. I figure they can’t hurt anyway. I don’t notice any taste with these either when I first take them, or if/when I happen to burp some time afterward.

It is supposed to help with fat loss. I cannot tell if it works, but it is a part of my weight loss program. It is causing no adverse effects.

I purchased this to help with constant food cravings. It has helped a lot! Since I am not craving food all the time, I've been able to lose 9 lbs in 6 weeks. I have also noticed improved cognitive function and energy. Money well spent! Will continue to take. Amazon also had the best price on this product by far.

I have to say that this product REALLY works. I was suffering from extreme pain from arthritis in both of my thumbs down my wrists. I began taking the Omega 7, not knowing what it really was for. One day about 3 weeks into the bottle, I woke up and I realized I didn't have ANY pain In my thumbs. I could not believe it!!! I continued to take it and day after day there was no pain. It has not come back. I am taking omega 3 for my knee, but it worked on my knee, but didn't help my thumbs. Go figure. Anyway, I am pain free and I will continue to take the Omega's.

I love that they take away your appetite. My body has more energy. Buy them! I hate that Heartlands was so slow to ship with free shipping. And they didn't come on the day they said it would.
