I’m pretty picky about my alarm clocks for several reasons: brightness, number size, and sound. I'm terribly nearsighted and the numbers were big and bright enough to be visible at 15 feet. I'm also sensitive to light in a dark bedroom and this clock doesn't create that nimbus of light around it that so many of my previous clocks have. Finally, it is loud enough to get me up at 3:30 AM but doesn't make the neighbor's dog howl (yes, this is actually a problem). Cheap, functional, compact, and one of the best I've ever owned.

Not a blue light, more a white light and not as bright as I would like. Still very useable and I am satisfied with it. I can read it in the dark without my glasses which is all that is needed.

This clock beams out light when it is dark, and that can be positive or not. It's a great night light, though it does subtract from the needed darkness at night. Last night I had a dream that the sun was shining at midnight. When I woke up, I figured out what precipitated this dream--my clock! Tonight I plan to turn it face down. I like that it has a noticeable alarm to wake me up in the morning. It certainly helps! I also like that the numbers are very large on this clock. Can't miss knowing what time it is. All in all, I like it!

I have used these clocks for 5 years r so now, and love them, they are easy to use, inexpensive and have a temperature readut which makes it good for managing your room temp. Unfortunately their quality has taken a dive, the one I got does not light, nor does it work in the backlight mode. Clock works, but the backlight mode is why I really like these, since they are easy to see in the dark. I bought on just a month or so ago and it works fine so it may be hit or miss. Since Amazon Prime charges for returns, it becomes a question of worth it, and it's not worth it to return. May be time to look for a different clock....

The backlight throws a light that is disturbing to me such that I could not have it in my bedroom or in the hall outside my bedroom. I prefer to sleep in darkness and this was unacceptable. However I could turn the backlight off and when I need to know the time I can hit the snooze button on top and it lights up for 10 seconds or so, enough to read the time so while it is not what I wanted I think I can adapt to use it.Other than that it is a very pretty clock. The digits are large enough to be seen across the room in daylight or with the backlight if you choose to use it. It seems to keep good time from what I can tell the few days I have used it. The directions for settling the time were very small print, difficult to read even with my glasses and difficult to understand but the buttons are marked on the clock and with some of my native intelligence I figured out how to set it without the help of the directions. I have not tried the alarm function.

This clock is super easy to set up for date,time and alarm , it is also sensing the temperature of the room automatically. Apart from this we can see the time if its dark as it is glowing in dark .This works very well and numbers are quite big....Beeps so loudly, If you’re looking for a loud alarm clock this is it. The price also reasonable because you do not have to pay for all the extra features that you do not want anyhow.

I wanted a clock to see the time at night. Wanted to keep it on the dresser across the room. This CERTAINLY isn't that clock. It has a super muted view of the numbers so that you can't read them unless you touch a button on top. I have it on my nightstand, maybe 15 inches from my eyes and its BARELY readable. I don't get it the thinking behind its manufacture. During the day its fine. Never used the alarm. Nice to have the temp. It's working fine but pretty cheaply made. So, if you want a clock that you can check the time at night, please don't get this one. With certainty, you won't be satisfied.

This alarm clock is brilliant. I have had many alarm clocks and this is so far one of the best. On the back there is the setup buttons where you the date year and so forth which makes the setup very simple and quick. It seems pretty high quality and well made which I really appreciate. It does not come with batteries which I do not find a big issue. And the most important thing is that the product itself has a scratch-resistant film on the screen, which can prevent damage to the screen on roads. I love it.
