Great sweater... Definitively won the ugly sweater contest! Be carefull with the oranamental balls. They fall off very easily.

The good: Sweater fit as expected and is made from nice materials.The bad: Sweater ornaments and garland started to fall apart only 20 minutes after opening and putting on. Stitching came loose without catching it on anything. Contracted seller about returning it and a refund, got an automated reply immediately. I reached out again a couple days later, didn't hear anything back. I waited a few more days and still nothing so I contacted Amazon about it and they messaged them on my behalf. Got an automated response the same as the first one they sent.Seller is only interested in your money and does not stand by their products.
