I bought this product to work mostly with my tire inflator. My inflator has a short wire for the dc power so many adjustments are need to check and adjust each tire. Having no dc power supply in the back of my vehicle I would have to pull the spare out and bring it to a distance that would be reached by the tire inflator. Using this new extension made checking and adjusting the tire pressures a breeze. Best too it makes adjusting the spare tire's pressure an easy task. I would reccommend it.

The wire was a good length. I used the product when i went beach camping. The wire extention was used to power my air mattress compressor. No problems with socket connector quality.

We have a 5th wheel that we snowbird in at Myrtle Beach. When we have to leave it for and extended period and need to blow the lines, we use a small air pump but the cable is not long enough to reach from the truck to the water bay. This allows us to connect the pump to the truck's power and blow the lines (sometimes we can't always park directly next to the 5th wheel, so this gives us options).
