I bought this brush before the snows came. I took the car brush out of the package and noticed it was wobbly. I read the directions and went back to Amazon's website to see if I was missing any information. No, I had done everything correctly. All I had to do was to wait until for a Michigan snow storm to test my new brush.Right after the first snowstorm, I went to brush my car off and the brush did not work. The head of the brush wobbled so much, it was impossible to use.Unfortunately for me, I waited too long to return the item.

I finally achieved my life-long dream of owning a minivan. I know, I know. Be jealous. But the little mitten scrubber I had wasn't going to cut it on that big windshield in these Virginia winters. This scraper/brush was great! It was big and telescopic. The brush was stiff enough without scratching the finish. It felt good in the hands both in balance and weight.Until the brush head snapped clean off after the third use. No warning sounds, no noticable cracking. One moment it was dashing through the snow and the next the brush rolled down my windshield, across the hood, and into the driveway. And of course now I'm outside the return window because I bought it preemptively in October.

When cleaning the first snowfall off our vehicle, first the scraper broke off then the brush snapped off.

I'm short and this brush has a nice reach and with the swivel brush makes it easy to clear off the roof of my car, plus it's sturdy easily handling the pressure when scraping off the ice.
