Is this suitable for dogs that matts easily

I don’t know the answer if it’s are good for dogs with matts don’t think it would make them any worse. but they are lovely stop your dogs from pulling

what size would you suggest to by for 9 wk springer spaniel

Didn't do the trick for my little terrier. Was better then lead, but she's a puller... Unless, properly trained, they will still pull on it/Try to walk/run ahead. Had larger dogs before, (im in my 60's,) first small terrier cross breed, so more training I think. Snug fit though. Hope that helps. 👍

What size would I need for a 12 week old dachshund puppy?

I’d say a small as I brought a while ago when my shih tzu was a dot and although these are lovely my shih tzu bit straight through her lead didn’t have it long either 😂
