I have had acid reflux, heartburn, indigestion and all kinds of annoyances for quite a few years. I do not take medications of any sort unless my condition is dire. I try to treat any condition naturally.This herbal supplement has been a blessing to me! The serving size says 5 capsules. I take 2 every night and my acid reflux and symptoms have been minimal. I am able to lie down at night without coughing, choking or having difficulty breathing. During the daytime, I’ve had very few instances of heartburn. I do control my diet by cutting out things I know trigger reflux.So happy to find these and will continue purchasing. I would highly recommend to anyone with GERD, or those just looking for a supplement that’s good for the gut.

WOW this stuff is MAGIC. I've been struggling with digestive issues on and off for years and feel like I've tried everything.. all sorts of digestive enzymes, diets, etc - this creation has been *by far* the most effective. I take it before eating and I feel GREAT after eating.. so light, so full of energy, *no* bloating.. it's a miracle!!!! I had a case of indigestion / heartburn for several days & had tried over the counter antacids that helped temporarily, but the symptoms kept coming back. I decided to try this product, & I was TRULY amazed- it worked GREAT! It took away my stomach discomfort for GOOD, so that tells me that it solved whatever the problem was as opposed to just "coating" it temporarily. I occasionally get bouts of IBS-type symptoms--only very occasionally anymore, so I didn't have much on-hand to help me when I fell sick recently in this way. Within two days, my symptoms had passed. Honestly, I felt completely well again, and just from taking the suggested dose once daily in that time. So grateful, and happy to to recommend these herbs to others suffering with indigestion issues.

This has been a great product. I've been having stomach issues for years, and I was just done taking over the counter stuff that barely worked. I tried the 14 day heartburn relief pills that are supposed to "cure" your acid issues with no avail. I bought this late last month and I take 6 pills a day. I take them all at the same time so they are easy to swallow. My symptoms have greatly reduced and I am less concerned with the side effects thanks to this! Will definitely buy this product again and take a smaller dosage for the future and work with how much I actually need to keep me feeling better.
