Worked Perfect!
We noticed a leak on our GE M# GDF570SGJCC dishwasher. It was coming from the connector nuts on the Heating Element. I am guessing GE changed the style as our old one only had gaskets on the end, this new one has welded washers on the top to make a good seal.My original nuts worked just fine with this element. Please note this is the same as an AP6783203.Thank you Sun Parts LLC for the fast shipping!

Great product!
Easy to install, great replacement part. Saved me tons of money! Did a little research, bought some parts (we also changed out the flood switch) and didn’t have to buy a new dishwasher. 👍👍

1st check Your Flood Switch (under the filter)
G.E. Dishwasher was being repaired by GE.They said this heating element was on backorder. After 4 months of waiting and calling GE three times, I gave up and bought this heating element the GE repairman said was bad.Well it wasn’t bad, so I looked online and saw many people that said there problem was this part found here on Amazon:WD21X10519 GE Appliance Switch Flood Asm by GEBoth the heating element and flood switch are easy to install. Flood switch being an easier replacement as you don’t have to pull the dishwasher out to access the outside bottom rear of the dishwasher. Both parts are priced reasonably so I didn’t try to return the heating element.I would NEVER buy another GE product because we have had nothing but issues with all our GE Cafe’ appliances that came with our new construction house. Cafe’ stainless steel Appliances include Frig., microwave, stove, stove top, vent for stove top and dishwasher.

Be sure to reset the element, also.
My dishwasher needed a new heating element. At first it seemed replacing this didn’t fix it, but there is an important step that might be needed: RESET the button! On my GE model, this is found on the backside of the unit by following the element cables (mine are purple) to the point where the plug end of it is: press the teeny little button between that.Doing that is what finally fixed mine after also replacing a flood switch but still having no heat on wash or dry. After days of searching for help I only found one video on YouTube that mentions this.

Easy to install, works perfectly.
A bit of a hassle to pull out dishwasher but once out the part was easy to swap and much cheaper than buying a new dishwasher or paying a repair person. Get youtube certified prior to attempting.
