Smoker won’t get above 250
I can’t seem to get the temperature above 250 , with all the dampers open and loaded with charcoal

I like the smoker. It is easy to place meat on the racks and load in and out of the smoker.
I did not receive a recipe booklet with meat cooking times. I left my ribs in the smoker too long. The ribs cooked off the bone which would have been good but they dried out.

Nice Compact Smoker
This is a great compact smoker. I am still working on learning how to regulate the heat. It hold temp great just can’t seem to get it below 275.

Poor quality
Poor quality, tenable finish on outside of the product. Zero quality control or they are just ok with shipping damaged equipment.

Good but you have to know it
I've had this smoker for about 2 years and at least 30 cooks. I can make awesome ribs on it but it can be difficult to control and you have to get used to it. Pros: - Huge cooking space for the overall size. I've made 12 racks of ribs in it. That's crazy for how little it is. - Generally has held up well and cooks well. I won a ribs competition using it. The reverse flow aspect seems to minimize charcoal char taste but lets the smoke work nicely. - Its flat top means you can set stuff on it which is surprisingly handy Cons: - Leaks air at seams and air intake along the bottom is huge and will not fully close. It can swing past your target temperature (going up or down) easily and it takes some getting used to. I have a barrel smoker too and compared to that the temperature control is much looser. - The racks do not have a mechanism to hold them if you slide them out. Once they're about halfway out if you let go your meat is falling on the ground - The tray for coals is shallow and if you use lump charcoal it can be hard to fit in. I use Jealous Devil XL and have to break it up a bit. If you use smaller lump or briquettes it'll be ok. You have to add coal over the course of a cook because it doesn't hold that much. I wouldn't ever try to cook a full size brisket in it. - The water pan is shallow
