This is my second case by YOUMAKER, and I have no regrets. (Last was for Note 8) Quality is top notch...everything is machined with precision. Case can stand up to a lot of abuse and really protect your phone. I used to use only Otterboxes (Defender series) but they are bulky and not well made in comparison; this protects better and is slimmer. I was skeptical about the screen protector because of the concerns that the fingerprint scanner might not work, or that the touch screen might be less responsive. Nothing to worry about there. The screen protector is a great design and all touchscreen functions work normally with zero reduction, including fingerprint scanner. Just follow the simple directions provided, and you'll be fine. I even left the Samsung included screen protector in place and the fingerprint scanner still works perfectly. I saw that some people wrote negative reviews complaining about the fingerprint scanner not working...I'm honestly not sure how they could say that unless they just didnt follow the (simple/easy) directions.Design & visual appeal: The case looks great!Overall, highly recommended!!

I did initially have an issue with the finger print sensor portion, but heres what i did to fix it. Instead of using the card to apply the sticky part, i used my thumb and rolled inwards and outwards to get a good seal on that part. I still had a small issue with getting it to read my finger print. I had set it up before i got the case. If you set it up after the case, it takes in to account the sensor cover with your finger print. Now i have zero issues. Catches first time every time. Otherwise case is really solid, easy to use. Comes with a wet wipe to clean your phone, and cloth. My only complaint is the backside is smooth plastic vs. rubber, so its a little more slick that i would like.

Great case! Haven’t dropped the phone yet in it but it looks extremely sturdy. But PLEASE do not touch the finger print scanner sticker on the inside of the screen protector. If you do, it may not work. I had trouble at first because I got dust and stuff all over it. I don’t know if that dot is visible on the screen because of the dust, or if it would be there anyway. In any case, be very careful!

Great new case better than the previous model plus it's nice and snug with a slim fit. Fingerprint works flawlessly Everytime if you aren't ignorant and put the case on properly with the instructions, most can do it with common sense but not everyone is blessed... Hahaha

I bought this case for my girlfriend's new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G that I also got her for her birthday. I previously bought the same brand case for her old Samsung S9 which was a great buy as well.This case is superb in design, easy in putting on the device and looks marvelous. My girlfriend lives the color too. There is just one problem with this case.When using this case to charge the device on the Samsung Wireless Charger, sometimes the device will not charge unless you position the device on the charger just right. My girlfriend complained that the device was not charging every time she put it on the wireless charging station. So I tried the same thing and it charged for me. Yet, whenever she put the device on the charger, it barely charged.We found out that if the device was positioned a certain way on the charger (standing straight up), it would charge fine. Yet if the device was positioned on the charger (laying on its side), it would not charge properly.The device charges properly without the case being on the device no matter what position the device sits on the charging station.

This is the best case ever....I actually searched for this particular case bcuz I already had this same case for my Note 8,and I'm VERY clumsy with my phone so I need a "GOOD " case and this is it. I dropped my Note 8 face down so many times and my phone NEVER broke so I just upgrade to the Note 10 plus so I had to look for the same case and I finally found it trust me this is the case to get if you're anything like me with your phone bcuz it will DEFINITELY protect it! When I when I went to upgrade my note 8 the Tmobile person asked me how long I had the phone and if I ever used it bcuz it still looked brand new.....I told him it's all about my case😄

Ok, I had absolutely no trouble putting the case on my phone. The Finger Print patch was totally intuitive and WORKS with the same consistency as before (read hit and miss) Certainly no more so. Having come from the Samsung slim wallet style cases, this case is not a slim as I expected, but neither is it a brick. There is always a trade off between 'Sleek and sexy" & 'Sturdy Protection.' I am paranoid when it comes to screens and I feel this case protects my $1400 phone perfectly. The case is attractive and very well made. Tolerances are tight and I appreciate the Always On Display.

So far so good!!! Got the case yesterday, and it does allow me to use my fingerprint....here's the catcher, you can't press hard! If you just place your finger on the sensor without pressure, it works everytime. I initially was pressing hard and it never worked, thought I was just out of >$20, but the light touch works!!

Absolutely love this case! And regards to the finger scanner it didn't work at first however if you re set the finger print once the case is on it works a treat. I registered the same finger twice and works every time. Highly recommended!

There was a speck on inner surface of the front frame. During installation when I pressed it against the phone screen, the big speck broke up into small pieces but leaving behind still a small speck on the surface. Is it possible to re-send just the front frame to replace the defective frame at no extra charge? I would prefer not to return as it will incur additional cost on my side and the case is good? Frankly I do like the case but unfortunately the front frame is defective!

Ich habe die Hülle drum und es ist nicht so ein Punkt drin und ich kann mein Handy nicht mehr mit Finger Abdruck entsperren das end sperren wäre mir schon sehr wichtig gewesen was mache ich den da jetzt ohne Hülle kann ich das Handy nicht zuhause und unter Wegs nutzen weil ich habe Kinder zuhause sonst ist die Hülle aber schön
