Works Good if I want it to record my bass guitar?

Hello, If you are trying to record an instrument, you can not plug an instrument cable or mic cable directly into this box. However if you have a mixer with a usb output, you could plug the mixer inter the AIR Hub. What the AIR hub does have is multiple usb ins and great 1/4 inch stereo outputs for speaker systems. The two volume knobs serve well for using headphones and speakers. So for Bass guitar you will need more than this box. Cheers, Chris

Will the software work with other intersface?

Will this system work as playback to studio monitors with Avid Media Composer software?

I'm using it with FCPX but it operates outside FCPX as an alternative audio output for my Mac. So all apps play out through this. It gives you balanced audio so none of that hum you get with unbalanced. If you're using a Mac it's virtually plug and play. With PCs you might need a driver. Its Pro-Tools friendly so my assumption is that would be that it would work with Avid. If you email the manufacturer they'll get back to you within a few days.

will this connect my guitar to fl studio?
