Smaller than the photo implies but a solid purchase 😂
Significantly smaller than the image on the listing suggests, which implies it is over 3 metres wide. On the one hand this is a shame because I’ve always wanted a massive cable reel but also a blessing as I’d never fit it in the van. As it happens the reel is definitely one of those things that “does the job” you need it to do and I found it easy to wind my 25m electrical hook up cable round it. Much better than my previous efforts which never failed to end up in a massive tangle. Seems great for the job.

Bit Flimsy
Described as heavy duty, would say it is a bit flexible and flimsy. However, easy to use and has solved my over long extension cable issue. Hopefully next time I use the cable it won't take 15 minutes to untangle it

Good
Needed this for caravan cable to keep it neat and tidy and it does just that, easy to use without any faffing. Very functional and a great size, excellent value for money as in stores I’ve seen a lot dearer than this. Prevents tangles as well, would recommend for camping/caravan, Christmas lights, extension cords etc

Not quite the sturdiest or cheapest but good enough
Bought this to coincide with an outdoor extension cable I also purchased. As my cable was 10m, there's plenty of room left on the reel.The reel feels a bit flimsy, except for the yellow hub handle, but when winding up the cable, the reel wasn't very smooth, the handle and the wheel was resisting occasionally, becoming difficult to wind up now and then until I changed either my grip or the angle of the reel, hence my individual rating for sturdiness, easy to use and value for money; it's cheap enough, seems sturdy enough (for 10m anyway lol) and just about easy enough to use, if only its action was a little more fluid with reduced friction between wheel and handle. Time will tell if it lasts...(3 weeks so far)
