Xbox 360 Wired Controller, Molyhood USB Gamepad, Joypad for Microsoft Xbox 360/Xbox 360 Slim/PC Windows 7 8 10

This product was sub-standard in every single way imaginable. I'll break it down.The packaging wasn't sealed (no clear stickers to prevent it from being opened/repackaged). I was suspicious of this, rightly so as I'll point out below.The box had very little in the way of details about the product although it did state that the controller was only for Xbox, a direct contradiction to the item description in the listing which says it's compatible with PC (more on this below).Getting the device out of the box I noticed it was scuffed on the left palm-grip and had a scratch in the silver button in the center. There were absolutely no labels on the back despite there being room for them, including some of the important information you'd expect to find such as the device's electronic's specs. The location where the device labels were supposed to be had a large scuff/scratch where it appears the item had labels but no longer does.I'm almost 100% sure that this item was second-hand or a repackaged return. This would explain the minor damage to the item, the lack of labels, and the unsealed package.As if this wasn't enough, I assumed that an Xbox-compatible controller would automatically be compatible with my Windows 10 PC however this appears not to be the case, despite the item description stating it would be. Upon plugging the controller in the ring in the center would briefly light up before going dark again and my PC would not even recognize that a device had been plugged in (no indication sounds, nothing in the device manager). My other Xbox controller works just fine so it's not my PC. I don't have an Xbox to test the controller with however one of two things is the case: the device is not as advertised and isn't compatible with a Windows 10 PC, or the device is defective entirely. I'm not particularly fussed with which it is, I can't use it.I've put in for a return, I'll be shipping it back shortly. I'd give 0/5 if I could, the product is insulting and, as I stated, sub-standard in every conceivable way.

Item as described, good hand feel of all buttons , quality is like genuine item , and postage was fast , recommended
