I decided to add coconut milk to saffron to make my own replica of a popular uplifting natural saffron drink mix. This coconut is the only one that was affordable and super clean ingredients! Ever Terrasoul had added ingredients as a preservative, even if they were plant based, I was looking for the cleanest. This is the best one! Blends in super smoothly, tastes amazing. This size is going to last a long time.I also tried it with my turmeric milk mix, and it’s delicious! You should always have black pepper and some sort of cream based liquid in turmeric to increase absorption. I don’t know if that’s the same for saffron, but it’s worth doing!

Great add in to smoothies and coffee instead of cream or milk.

Does not have as much coconut flavor as I had hoped, but it does have a nice creamy texture when added to coffee. Dissolves pretty well. Looks and smells fresh. Tastes better than a regular powdered coffee creamer.

Unusable. Tasted like very sour cardboard. Texture is gummy, which is strange. I think they're using rancid coconuts. Made me feel nauseated for several hours. I still feel ill writing this review...I was looking for a good brand WITHOUT maltodextrin, I only use coconut powder that is maltodextrin free. This one seems like a scam, didn't make my coffee milky at all, like coconut powder is supposed to, I can tell there's no coconut fat content at all.If your new to this brand coconut milk powder, beware.

I love using coconut powder as my coffee creamer and have tried several different organic brands. I was also happy to find maltodextrin free coconut powder, so I purchased this brand. Well, this brand is smooth and non gritty like some other brands, but it has a fruity flavor / taste to it that was unexpected and doesn't pare well with coffee. I'm not sure if the fruity taste is because the nozzles weren't properly cleaned after making another powdered product or what, but just wanted you to know this one tastes kind of fruity.
