Great coat for sledding or skiing…. Very warm.
My son was asked to go snow tubing yesterday…. Sounded super fun but we live in sunny OC where we don’t own winter coats or snow pants or boots. None of the local stores had anything available…. So I checked Amazon and they had this coat, some black and green snow boots and black snow pants available to be delivered 4-8am this morning…. Wow. I couldn’t believe it was possible but they did it! He loved all of his snow gear so much that he wore it in the car the whole way there… I bought it intentionally a little oversized so he could hopefully wear it next year too…. For the handful of times we go sledding or tubing. I’ll add photos…. He was super toasty warm…. Even TOO warm! It ended up being 44-47 so he could have probably just worn a hoodie and a shell jacket but when the wind blew he was happy to have this coat. It kept him 100% dry too…. Thanks Amazon!!

Zipper on left side
Zipper is on left side so my son doesn’t like it and can’t zipper his coat:( Other then that nice bright color, hood is removable. Purchased size 10 and he is almost 8. Has lots of room and fits well. 65-70 pounds for reference

Good buy!
Nice winter coat. Not too thick so that it’s hard to fit my son in his car seat. My only hold up with giving this 5 stars is the zipper. I had read some reviews mentioning it’s not easy to zip and I ended up with the same issue BUT the thickness of the coat was EXACTLY what I was looking for. My son can still move and play in this.

My son loves it
Took a while to ship but my son loves it. The front chest pocket isn't a real pocket though, I'm sure if you were sew savvy you could put one in.. but it's just a zipper.. weird. Also not sure how but main front zipper pully-thing broke, but could have happened from user damage. Zipper still works so nbd.

Good a fit but the hood is small if doesn't even come over my son's head

Ok jacket for the price.
I liked the fit really well. Color was great too. First time in wash I managed to bend the main pull tab for the zipper, I added a key ring for child get better grip. Few weeks later the child comes home and says the zipper is gone, the zipper itself looks intact on the coat but somehow broke off the zipper mechanism.
