McDavid Chest Protector Baseball Heart Guard Sternum Protection for Adults. Compression Shirt with HEX Padded Shirt

This McDavid chess guard is our favorite. My son has been wearing this model of chest guard since Tball and now through adult sizes as a teenager. It is very comfortable, breathable, and offers nice protection. He likes it is sleeveless for the hot summer months. It fits well under a shirt and is comfortable.I believe this is the fifth size of this Model of shirt that we have purchased throughout the years. He also owns the exact same shirt in black. I definitely would purchase again and have!

I love the fit and quality of the shirt. I bought it for my daughter to wear for softball. Good price and seems very durable.

My son loves the McDavid chest protectors. He says they are the most comfortable. They wash well and the padding does not get messed up like some other brands we have tried. My son likes the camo pattern on this one and it works well under his white jersey.

This item was as described. My only issue is that the neck is super tight. I actually had to cut it out for my daughter. She could not function with how tight it was but once I cut it out, it has been fine. The sizing chart is pretty accurate. She has not taken a hit to the check but it's good to know she has the extra protection as a pitcher.

Needed to purchase a larger size as my son has outgrown his previous one. Was pleasantly surprised to see this cheaper - almost $20 - here as opposed to Dick's Sporting Goods. Having owned this exact brand previously, it lasted over two years with heavy use and constant machine wash. It is light weight, not itchy in anyway (no tag), and doesn't restrict movement. At just over $20 for an item that is a requirement in some leagues, this is a great deal on a high-quality piece of protective equipment.

Light weight, pad for chest is thick and comfortable

Bought this for my son who is nervous about getting hit by the ball. It offers some reassurance and is great protection.

We liked this shirt originally, but after 8 wears the protective pad in the center of the chest fell apart into individual foam pieces. We tried to position them back into place (the pocket is still sewn shut), but even after getting them back where they belong, they just fell right back down. Unfortunately, it is no longer safe to wear. All washing and drying directions were followed when caring for the shirt. We are disappointed as it wasn’t a cheap purchase. I would highly suggest buying another chest guard.

Works great, it is cool and dry. I bought this for basketball. In defence I have to use my chest against their shoulder attack because some referees call a foul for using my arm. Even though I wear it under uniform still cool and dry. Also comfortable to move. If there is another color like black, I want it.

I bought this size L and M. I am 168cm 62kg man. For me size L fits better. I usually wear US size S for usual clothing. I must say this is a tight fit. I don't feel too much tight with size M, however when I got sweat it's taking more time to dry as it's less breathing compared to size L.
