I’ve had these for about 6 months in my laundromat. No problems. Easy to change towel rolls. Lever works great. No issues so far, would recommend. Great value for the money.

Great product at a low price. We've been able to save alot of money going from paper towels from the store to this dispenser. Likely $1000/yr worth of savings. Its a manual dispenser which is great. Less to break. Plus people are lazy and dont want to use the energy to dispense. Money saver! Dont hesitate on making this purchase.

Love these. Easy installation. Easy Use. Not a lot of money. They are loud when people pump the lever, but I can handle the sound for the price and durability.

For a commercial product, this is pretty flimsy. But it just works and that's all you really need it to do. This was the cheapest model I could find as well, coming under fifty bucks shipped. A lot of other models are nearly twice the price, and probably not that much better built frankly. A few things to note. This does not come with mounting hardware. It has 5 slots for screws. It does not come with a template to drill holes, so you'll have to do the old fashioned method of holding it against the wall you wish to install to and using a marker to draw the dots to drill through. The entire dispenser is not heavy, and the front panel can be removed (carefully) to just have the back mounting plate by itself. You can reattach the front cover once you mount it. The front cover is held in place by two little round pegs on the bottom sides and can slide outward in the fully open position. If you don't want to bother with taking off the front cover, just have another person hold the entire dispenser in place (while open) for you while you drill and mount it. This fits any standard or jumbo sized roll you can buy. There's no "center core" mechanism that holds the roll or its core; it literally just rests the paper against the "feeder". So when you press the handle, it feeds paper downward and spins the roll in the opposite direction. It's extremely simplistic, but as I said earlier - it all just works out. If the paper you're planning to use is very soft (like toilet paper), there's a good chance it might get jammed in the feeder. The stiffer the paper, the better it should work out.

Looks greats very sturdy and easy to use. Value for your money. All tools were included to do set up.

Think I'm going to replace all the other restrooms with this kind of dispenser. Easy to assemble and use.

Great replacement for my old towel dispenser, which started to give me troubles. I prefer automatic ones, but don’t like to change batteries in it. Will see for how long this will stay.

I was worried by some of the negative reviews, but I've installed this in my workplace bathroom and "so far, so good". It works nicely, the lever isn't flimsy, and the paper towel dispenses nicely. The only issue I had was that I put the paper towel roll "upside down" (it has to feed from the bottom, not the top) and so I jammed it at first. But just flip the paper towel roll and it works well. (I use brown kraft paper towel roll, and it's a pretty large roll). Installation wasn't the smoothest for me, because I didn't have the right tools. I'd recommend using drywall anchors if you're putting this just into drywall, which requires more than a basic screwdriver. Other than that, easy installation, just 5 screws (make sure you have the correct ones though; the screw holes are bigger than I was expecting so you need a screw with a larger head than the ones I had.)

This dispenser is installed in our automotive shop washroom. We use the 800' tork universal paper towel rolls in it. Even though this dispenser is consistently being used; we have never had any problems with the lever or it jamming up. If your looking for something durable and reliable to distribute a larger roll of paper towels, I would recommend this one.
