I brought this laptop ,overall its a good product,as coin have both sides it have both pros and cons,lets start with something good ,Ryzen 5 with 8 gb ram showing remarkable performance , I'm a developer who codes with vs code ,eclipse IDE,cli ...without flaw its working good .it serves my purpose brilliantly. Active pen works good to be frankly most of guys dont use it anyway i have attached a pic with just basic drawing feel kids will enjoy a lot with this white board.Touch was super responsive and so smooth you feel that after using for a while and video quality also good i don't find any thing bad.wifi and other things i see fast .boot time is super fast just 3 seconds to open your windows.its pretty amazing thanks for 1 TB ssdIf we come to the cons ,lap charger is getting too much heat and i say laptop charger not the laptop.Laptop has minor heat issues ,i dont consider this as my old hp lap having 16 gb ram it still makes sound and heats so i don't have complaints on heating.Battery life is not pretty good or bad im getting 5 to 6 hours if i work on my developement ,for seeing netfilx or prime or any streaming its 3 to 4 hours.i dont have problem with this but some others its a problem as i have continious power in home and office so its not a problem .As other complaints about warranty even i do have same problem which warranty starts 1 month before so i have contacted customer care and they have given email to send screenshot of laptop serial number and invoice from amazon to [email protected] , hopefully it will resolve . I'm saving your time instead of calling just directly send email as cc support takes 10 to 15 mins to pick your call

I purchased this machine just before the pandemic last year, and it worked well for about three months. The first problem was the camera that intermittently shut off. It worked when an engineer visited, and I had to continue with the problem for another three months. The company then replaced the camera, and it worked for another three months before the problem began to recur. After several rounds of remote testing, the company replaced the camera again, and it worked for some more months before giving up. By now, the touch screen had also stopped functioning, and I noticed an over-heating issue. Repeated dismantling of the machine had also led to cracks on the back case around the screws. The machine is under warranty, and I want a replacement for this faulty piece.

It is one of the best laptop valued for money. I bought this laptop last month and I have been using this laptop for nearly one month., right now I'm reviewing using this laptop. The touch screen is good, keypad spacing precision is good, the trackpad is perfect, the display is good even viewed under direct sunlight. Lite weight, the battery could have been better, but still good for some 'sedentary jobs'. Colour is exactly the same as in the image of this page. I felt much happier for its built quality. om my god... it is so solid and the lines are neat. Dolby audio is doing its job so good. I was deeply overwhelming for its feel that it give whenever you lift, and I am feeling good to buy this laptop.

I am using the laptop for making videos on mathematics with touch screen and active pen for last 6 months. The laptop is thin. Its delicate. when kept on an uneven surface the base tends to bend to some extend.The pen is highly expensive and does not come with a case to hold it. A suitable case could have been provided to hold the pen. There is no extra nib provided. nor do we have a cap for protecting the delicate pen. It costs around 8k if u damage the nib of the pen, even if u hit the pen by a hard surface. compatibility of the touch pens available on sale with the laptop is not clearly mentioned with the pen or with the laptop. The customer has to do a whole lot of research to select a suitable pen for the laptop, once damaged.pure Business with A PEN. Even an ordinary G pad with pen comes along with replaceable nibs.not happy with the pen part. Rest is manageable at this cost. 2 stars.

After 20 days of extensive use i like the laptop.. its compact and feels like MacBook in hand.But i think its very overpricedI have used an ipad for 2 years for note taking but this laptop is also good for note taking but u can face some problem while writing.There is a overheating issue.The touchpad is flawless.This is a ultimate laptop for students.But yes u can do gaming on it

I had ordered this item from amazon. The touch screen is awesome. 1TB SSD makes the system even faster, system boots within few seconds. Finger print login is really good. The laptop is so light then my older one. The ryzen 5 gives the same kind of performance as i5 8th Gen.The only thing i am reducing one star is because while installing windows they have created only one drive. (Full 1TB as C drive) and the RAM which is 8 GB installed, i am only able to use 5.9 GB

Battery life is 2.5 to 3 hrs max. It's too hot when charging or working, even the charging cord. Otherwise it is a good laptop.

Good touch screen laptop. It comes with digital pen. The battery life is 4 hours only and not 8 as claimed. Laptop boots in less than 10 secs and shut down is alos very fast thanks to 1tb ssd drive. So far good experience.
