I really love Dr. Terry, his products work! I have a very stressful job and when I take these, it just helps to slow my mind down a bit and relax. I dont get jittery one these and it is nice to know they are non addictive. I started giving them to my bf for his "mano-pause" days. (smiling) they work for him as well and do not counter his bp meds. (But check with YOUR Dr if you are on medications)

I dont usually leave reviews, but my partner & I have just recently have been experiencing anxiety here & there within the past 2-3 years & this has worked for us tremendously! I dont think that we can ever live without it.It has become our saving grace.We take about 2 tabs, & it'll be effective for my Partner & I for all day & night.It does not make me sleepy during the day.

In moments where I felt I needed a little help with my anxiety symtoms i took these and the helped! I always kept these on me just in case. They honestly work immediately to help me regualte my nervous system. I don't buy these anymore, but when I did it was like 1 every two weeks or so! Good product with no side effects and they just dissolve. The only reason I stopped purchasing it because it got pricey for me. If you're on the fence i suggest you give them a try.

I’ve been on prescription anxiety meds and this to me is just as good! I suggest it to my friends who hv a hard time sleeping, who worry or are just anxious in general… I was shocked at how well it worked after taking it the first couple of nights. I always keep a box on hand #justincase

This didn’t really work for me. Hylands RLS PM tablets actually works for my anxiety which is supposed to be for restless leg syndrome.
