Works amazingly
I never write reviews normally, but If you are looking at this product, you need to buy it. My 10 yr old boy had never had a dry night ever, despite trying all the normal methods. We started with this, with him on a mattress in our bedroom by the door to the bathroom. Sure enough, it went off, and there was a few disturbed nights for us all, but within 2 weeks, he was having dry nights and within a month he was continually dry and we stopped using it. So so worth the money. It has been a lifesaver for our boy who was getting worried about pull ups in the run up to his first residential. He is now so excited to go. I recommend it to everyone.

Good quality product that works well
The product exceeded my expectations in terms of its ability to sense the liquid and make a sound immediately. It does exactly as advertised and if you act as soon as the alarm sounds the child can empty the remaining full bladder into the toilet with only a small patch wet in boxers and the bed dry, so it’s great for cutting down how often you change bedsheets. Unfortunately for us, on nights where I/my son were extremely tired, we took longer to hear it and therefore more of the boxers and/bed was wet. We just clipped it to the front of my son's boxers and hooked the other side on the waistband. The clip can be a bit tricky to get use to, so I recommend clipping before the boxers are worn. Initially thought it might be uncomfortable to sleep with but it was completely fine. Despite the product functioning well, I found the process exhausting because I would wake up but my son sometimes due to being really tired would sleep right through it, which night after night became quite exhausting, so we are taking a breather until we're ready to be stricter with eating and drinking cut-off point and my son gets his bigger room and then my husband will sleep in there with him and manage the process, as he is better with interrupted sleep than I am. Even though the product works well, I don't know how well, or over what period it eventually trains the child to sense when their bladder is full and to get up and use the toilet ahead of the alarm sounding. The issue is my son doesn't feel the full bladder in the first place. But it’s a great starting point for night time bladder training.

Worked perfectly - permanently dry within 3 weeks
Wish I’d bought this sooner, as it really does work. We were in the clear within 3 weeks of using it! As recommended by other reviewers, our daughter wore nappies over pants when using the alarm. She was able to quickly form the association between the feeling of releasing her bladder and the alarm sounding. After 1 or 2 alarms sounding, she was waking and getting to the loo before we got to her room, and all without a single bed clean-up for us! By week 3, she was holding her bladder for the whole night or getting to the loo independently. We stopped using the alarm and nappies then and haven’t had a single accident since. The clip can be a little awkward / fiddly to attach, but it didn’t seem to bother my daughter much at all. And from my perspective, it’s definitely worth overlooking a little bit of annoyance for the brilliant functionality of this item.

Was sceptical but well worth it!
I was sceptical at first, but what an amazing device! My son has always been terrible with toileting - took ages to get him out of nappies, then had accidents until he was 6 and then often had small accidents here and there. We have tried to get him out of nappies at night time since he was 6 on numerous occasions which resulted in getting up and changing the sheets 3-6 times a night. We were then told to wait till he was fully dry in the morning in his nappy before trying, but he was always so full. We tried limiting liquid before bedtime, pills from the doctor to try and soak up the urine, nothing worked. I saw this and thought it was worth a try. As my son is 8, we weren’t going to stay in the same room as him so knew it may take a little longer. First few weeks, we had to get up and help him change his pants and the bedding 2 months later, we are now at the point where he sleeps through the night most nights and if he does have a wee, it’s a very small patch! TIPS - put a nappy over the pants and device which means you should only change pants, mot all the bedding! - check the battery in the receiver by setting the alarm off every week or so to make sure it still has battery - if you’re debating, just buy it!

It works.
I was very skeptical of how well this would work.. With a 5 year-old who was a very deep sleeper and still in pull-ups at night (wet every single night), with all sorts of methods to stay dry overnight - tried and failed previously, this product fixed the issue within 2 weeks. Set up is simple, although the clip mechanism that attaches the sensor to the underwear is slightly awkward, but easy enough once you've done it a few times (be careful not to catch sensitive body parts in the clip when attaching it!!) The sensor picks up literally any moisture and the alarm is loud (and vibrates). Process that worked best for us was to have him in pants (they need to be able to feel the pee on their skin when they've wet themselves), have the sensor attached to the pants (at the front - where it gets wet first) and then have pull-ups on over the top of the pants (that way you're not changing soaked bedsheets each night whilst you go through this process!) Suggest having the alarm box far enough away from the child so it can't be switched off in a sleepy haze (like "snoozing" an alarm clock) Most nights although the bed-wetting would continue, instead of sleeping through it - my 5 year-old would be woken up by the alarm (it's loud enough to wake me up in the next room too - and also i feel this process needs to be managed - you can't just leave them to it) and i'd go in and walk him to the toilet where we'd see if he still needed to go or not (sometimes he would still need to pee, other times - he would have done it all already). Either way, fresh pair of pants and pull-ups, lots of affirmative encouragement that they've done really well to wake up and pee etc - then straight back to bed. After which he'd usually sleep through with no further toilets (we didn't usually re-attach the sensor for the remainder of the night after the initial alarm, as it is a bit of a faff in the middle of the night, in the dark with a grumpy, half-asleep child) Literally 14 days of this and on night 15, he woke up needing to pee and took himself to the toilet. On night 16 he said he didn't want the sensor attached that night - and has been dry overnight consistently since (1 year + and counting) maybe the odd random night here and there. I think just the act of being woken up / disturbed at the same time that you need to go for a pee is enough to program a childs mind/body to start holding the pee when the sensation begins. It's quite expensive, however it's built robustly - functions as advertised and genuinely works. The cost is quickly justified when you consider how much pull-ups cost, plus the energy costs (and hassle) of cleaning / changing wet bedsheets every night!

Saw improvements straight away
I was at the end if my tether. Since baby came along, our 6 year old had a night time bed wetting regression. We’ve had 6 months of bed wetting every night sometimes up to 3x a night. We’d tried everything, lots of extra emotional support and time alone with us without baby, trips to GP for urine and blood tests, cosleeping to break the behaviour, rewards and incentives etc. We really did not know what to do to help our little girl who had been dry since 3yrs old at night bar the odd accident every 6 months or so. Came across this, read the reviews, saw all the advice/tips and thought right lets commit to this and see if it helps. Our 6yo was really receptive to wearing her turbo pants and having mummy sleep in her room for 2 weeks! We definitely noticed her desire to stay dry and not have the alarm go off. When it did go off it was usually for a full wee, we would get up, she’d turn off the alarm and we would clean up. It was never really for a dribble and we weren’t quick enough to hold it and get to the loo. We use washable waterproof pads with tuck in sides so we can whip off wet ones and out dry ones down without a full bed change. Even in the first week she was having dry nights instead of an accident every night. We realised she was a very heavy sleeper and would even sleep through the alarm. It was really by week 3 we started to see more consistent dry nights, a pattern i noticed on other reviews. We’re now into week 5 with 10 consecutive dry nights. I am so unbelievably proud and relieved we’ve found a solution. Her confidence is back to normal and she’s sleeping so much better. She’s holding most nights till morning or waking up at 4ish to use the bathroom. We would 100% recommend. Although we wish the vibrate function was on the sensor transmitter not just the receiver. Think that would help wake them up.

Terrible product
Not easy to fit, not comfortable and the alarm goes off randomly even when it’s not in use.

This gadget is voodoo!
Firstly, I appreciate everyone who left previous reviews with tips etc - it helped! Our five year old daughter has been dry in the day time since 2 and a half but was such a heavy sleeper she just wasn’t registering a full bladder through the night. She never had a dry night and always woke up to a full nappy pull up the next morning, or we’d have to change her during the night when she’d had more than one wee and had wet through the pull up. One day she announced she didn’t want nappies any more so we went cold turkey on them. It was a disaster. She still wasn’t able to recognise she was wet and we had multiple bedding changes and sleepless nights. I’d read about bedwetting alarms and did some research, found this one and read the reviews. We decided to take a punt on it and I’m so glad we did! We had the alarm clipped on to her pants and then a nappy pull up over the top, and she slept in my bed with me till we both got used to the alarm. It’s a good idea to clip the alarm to the pants before they get into them because its fiddly to do. After a week she was in her own bed and took herself to the toilet when the alarm sounded. The early days were tough, I’m not going to lie, but it really didn’t take long to see progress. I don’t know how it works but she’s had 2 full weeks without being wet in the night now. She either goes the full night without needing to wee or gets up and goes to the toilet if she does need to go. The gadget would sound with even the slightest bit of wet so she’s definitely dry and recognising that she has a full bladder which is waking her. She’s really proud of herself, and I’m amazed this little gadget has achieved dry nights for her in such a short amount of time. It’s an expensive investment, but it’s such a positive thing for her and she’s much more confident now. Amazing!

Incredibile

Efectivo, 100% recomendable
Me he animado a escribir la opinión tras varias semanas usándolo.
