Just got 2nd replacment and charged for 5 mins and doing what the first one did. Green light for 3 seconds and red flash. Does not charge. Unplugged and tried again. Did this with both units and no result. So if you get one that works. It works wonderfully. But if it stops working. We'll it's a nice paperweight. Feels like solid construction. Does fast wireless charging when it does work.Update: customer service did say that the foreign object detection is active. Though issue won't turn off. They state that is impossible but I seem to break the reality matrix :p. I hope others have better luck. As said it is super nice when it does work. I am going back to my cheaper wireless chargers. I still have the 3 that I had for 3 years and still going.Update: 12Aug2022. Despite both failed. I am updating review to 3 stars from 1 star, solely on customer service is good. Product I lost confidence in with two failed units within a month. They honestly did try their best.

Works well but doesn’t charge multiple like the pic suggests just one

Takes a long time to charge my phone. Also have to position just right to start charging.

This charger works very well. I charge my iPhone XS Max. I usually charge my phone when I go to bed. I have used it to charge on the go. I haven’t checked to see just yet how long it takes to charge. I have a case cover and it works great with the case on. I also tried a stand clip over the phone case and it still charged. I didn’t think it would but it worked with no problem. I put my phone at different angles and it charges with ease. It doesn’t charge a Apple Watch which would be a plus for me if it did. Hopefully they can come up with a way to get that to work with an Apple Watch. If they do I would definitely purchase one. Otherwise I like this product and would recommend this product.

I had high hopes for this charger. I have a fairly thin charger case. When I placed the case on it, I had to continue to adjust it before it would register as charging. No problem if you lay the phone completely across the coils, but then I could not place multiple phones on the charger. My wife's Iphone has a 4 MM case but it would not register as charging. So unfortunately for me, this charger did not work for me and thus had to return it. I did receive credit immediately, so that was good!

Have been used for half year. It's not as expected. Not easy to locate the right position/spot to start charging even with one phone. Even worse, it makes your phone super hot after a few minutes charge, then charge very slow, worrying if it will burn my phone.

Liked, easy to use

I put the buds on to charge it lights up green then put my phone on it and it lights up green, but the next day my phone is 75% or less charged. Happened with a previous charger too so I think this may be the norm, so now I use a separate charger for my phone which really beats the purpose of this charger.
