I've suffered through those suction cup holders before and this was my first tension pole solution. I will never go back. Suctions sucks. Or doesn't suck. You know what I mean. I looked through all the options for hours before selecting this product and couldn't be happier.One thing worth noting if you don't read the instructions thoroughly is that the spring goes at the top. At first, it was set up backward and had to be reversed. Another thing to watch out for is where you put the release button. I accidentally put it up against the wall and I'm sure you can imagine that went badly. So pay attention or you'll end up with a funny story. Totally my fault on both accountsThe 4 levels are all pretty large, so you can put a lot of stuff on it. I have large bathroom fixtures, so I put it in the rear corner, so I don't do something stupid and slam into it while I'm daydreaming in the shower. As a writer, I can get lost in my thoughts, so I take that into account. There are holes to let water drain, but the size gives me the option of putting an actual soap dish on the shelf too.

I literally bought this for the bedroom after heavy researching. Being in a small room and wanting to use my new projector without the hassle of ceiling mount, this product is my new friend.Shelves are easily & fully adjustable, handling the weight of what I put on them... without any tilt or lag. I've got my netbook on one, lotions/ oils an another, headphones & remote controls up above and the top shelf holding the projector perfectly.3 additional strong benefits of this brand vs the others I researched:__wider shelves w/ strong reinforced spines underneath; plus, double lock secure system for each shelf__unique telescoping metal pole w/ pushup lock-in-place mechanism__entire unit is strong enough, you can put top shelf up really high w/ heavy items and not sweat itProduct is full 5 stars. Shipping took 10 days, so i was less thrilled about that. But then again, we're getting so spoiled these days with fast shipping, it was just reminder to exercise patience. It was worth the wait.

After attempting to install our new Prince Hanger Shower Caddy we left it on the bed in the extra bedroom in frustration. No matter what we tried the pole would not extend to the desired length. After several days we tried again to no avail. I finally emailed the company. It took several emails back and forth and some photos but we finally got the shower caddy installed and it looks great. I am so glad we didn't give up and return it as it took a while to find what we wanted with spending an arm and a leg. I can't say enough how good about the customer service was we recieved. The only reason I gave it 3 stars for "easy to assembly" is because we had to call customer service but as I said they were very helpful. Customer service is everything!

Much better quality than other brands on Amazon or from Target. Looks great and very sturdy. Worth every penny. Make sure you loosen the small screws right under the plates before assembly and tighten them when the plates are put in place, otherwise it's very easy to get the white paint scratched.

Pretty easy to assemble if you follow the directions. It’s seemingly sturdy, although it has fallen once since we installed it a few mo the ago.

I love everything about this hanger. It’s sleek design, the material along the bottom that provides grip for pants when you hang them... it’s all great. Sadly, I only received 9 hangers in my “pack of 10.” I wasn’t sure how resolve this, and didn’t want to be petty about 1 hanger, but I did pay for it. 9 out of 10 ain’t bad? 🤷🏽‍♂️

It is well built. I like that it is plastic. My last one was metal and it rusted. This one is not spring loaded.

No surprises and no regrets with purchase. Quality product that does the job.
