This is a great trauma bag option for anyone wanting to build their own kit. I used this bag for an easily accessible, well organized trauma bag for my medical staff to use. Well designed and also arrives promptly. I just received this product so I cant attest to durability over a period of time.PROSHeavy duty zippersStrong florescent fabric/ handlesgreat design fits BLS needs and someHold D or jumbo D O2 tank and has a strong Velcro strap to secure in pack.CONSI would have liked a way to label compartments better.Would also like there to be some more Velcro on the interior compartment for stability. Its a little flimsy on the inside until you fill it with equipment.I have posted some pictures so you can see how I packed this bag. I added the labels after I packed the bag, they did not come with the kit.Buy this if you are wanting a good, durable and affordable trauma bag.

Okay so before I start I am an EMT and have used many medic bags during my carrier so I like to think I know medical bags pretty well. I ordered this bag when my small Lightning x products bag ran out of room for what I wanted to do with it. I loved the small bag its just about perfect for something like a home medical kit. I then ordered this bag and was unable to be excited about it once I opened it up.Lets start with the pros.- Quality materials and stitching seems like it would last a long time when used as a personal kit not for use by a EMS service.- Love the bag organizers, they are a little small but have clear windows and bright colors making sure you will grab the right bag.- Nice padded strap lets you load the bag down and carry it comfortablyNow the cons- Hook and loop dividers will not stay in place.- Not much in the terms of organization outside of the pouches- Can not use the rear "shelf" that goes on top of the O2 tank without having an O2 tank leaving a huge open area with no organization if you dont have an O2 tank.- If you do have an O2 tank and you take it out to refill it or trouble shoot the regulator the shelf falls down.- O2 tank strap seems flimsyAll in all if you need a bag for personal use that can hold an O2 tank its a decent bag but do not expect to use it without an O2 tank and I can not say its the best option. I ended up sending it back and ordering the LXMB35 from Lighting X products. Much happier with the LXMB35. The LXMB35 is smaller in dimensions but due to not having a spot for an O2 tank it has more room in it for other supplies making it a better bag for anyone who wants a bag but does not plan on using a O2 tank.

Durable, plenty of room to cover nearly any emergency. Great jump bag. Highly recommend

While im used to the traditional 'duffle bag' style crash bags used on most ambulances, I was looking for something more semi-stationary, organizable, and oxygen focused for use at our facility by our lifeguards. while id hate to haul this guy out of a ambulance up and down stairs, Its comfortable enough to run around a pool deck with. The semi-ridged design of the bag allow to to get your kit stowed just right knowing contents wont shift, and the organizer pouches are great for seting up grab bags for focused care (ie: Red is stop the bleed, Blue is muscular-skeletal, ect.) TLDR: Great BLS bag, not the best for grabing on and off the truck 10x a day, great for customization.

I bought a bag about 2 years ago and it was so hard to get to what i needed. This bag however is so easy to organize, I can get what I need without completely emptying out my entire back. This zippers are thick and heavy duty. Strongly recommend this bag if you're looking for something that's going to be able to take a beating.

This bag NOW deserves 4 stars for durability. Zipper pulls are better. Shoulder strap is sewn in better. Rubberized bottom is excellent. Lid flap could use more Velcro. GREAT overall bag. Not to big or small. This is the fourth bag I have bought.

If your looking for a good jump bag that will hold all your equipment and O2 tank. Then this bag will be just perfect for you. The fabric of the bag is Durable, I sent my bag back because it was a little big and it was missing the color coded Pouches that came with it.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. I did not like any of the premade kits. Getting just the bag allowed me to add what I need and do without all the fluff that is normally included. It's a pretty big bag. Very sturdy and well made. Waterproof bottom so I don't have to worry about where I put it. Lots of room and with the included color coded internal bags I have it organized so I can easily get to what I need.
