These are beautiful glasses. When I had the box arrive with 1 broken glass, they promptly replaced it at not cost. One thing to note, these glasses are crystal clear. The pictures insinuate that they have a slightly darker tone, but they do not. Overall, I was very happy with this item.

These flutes are true luxury. I actually cried when one of my children slammed a stem in the dishwasher door and broke one. Lesson learned! I have knocked them over a few times and they seem quite robust (what glass can withstand the dishwasher door slam?). The feel good in the hand, hold a generous pour, and they are really very striking. An amazing gift from my husband, I would buy another set without hesitation. My favorites!

We bought these because we already have the Bordeaux glasses from the same maker. Love, love, love Schott Zwiesel Glasses. They're contemporary and timeless, very well made and sturdy. You can put them in the dishwasher and they will be just fine, won't dull or jar. I do wash them by hand most of the time, but I've banged them on the faucet numerous times by accident, and they truly keep their promise of being much harder to break than pure glass. We're very happy with them.

These flutes are lovely and provide an elegant drinking experience. I love the "Pure" series and have, in addition to these champagne glasses, the "all purpose" (red wine) glasses and the water glasses, and always get compliments on them. The flutes have the etched glass bottoms which support a strong stream of bubbles in the glass. I tried to capture the flow in the attached photo, but it doesn't do the experience justice (sorry). I did notice the branding on the flutes I received is different than the wine and water glasses I have in the Pure series, as shown in the photo comparing the wine glass base and the flute base. I don't know what accounts for the difference, but the styling of the glasses is similar regardless. There was a small, barely noticeable chip in the base of one of the flutes I received (I purchased the "used" flutes), but it wasn't significant enough for me to return the glasses.

Zwiesel beats the best crystal producers by a long shot. The glasses do not break easily, are squeaky clean when dried with linen towels, but foremost have thin lips (rims) for comfortable sipping.Have bought Zwiesel for years.

Reidel and Zwiesel are two favorites.

These champagne flutes rounded out our set of Schott Zwiesel Pure line glasses. These are beautiful, delicate flutes and feel very durable at the same time. They are beautiful. I rated four stars only because one glass (out of the set of 6) had a small imperfection a 1/2-inch from the top.When I contacted Amazon, I had hoped they would allow me to ship one back for a replacement, as I didn't think it would make sense to send the whole box of 6 back for a replacement and take the risk of one or more of the new box having a similar issue. Amazon said this was not a possibility. To their credit, Amazon offered me a small gift card in exchange for keeping the defective glass. This was fine because i had been contemplating only ordering a set of 4 instead anyway.

Bottle of sparkling wine. Glasses. Thank you for a job well done by this company. They were touched. Great gift. They were in the office still when I came back a few months later. They started a tradition using them on successes now internally.
