Genuine Sennheiser product & works perfectly!
I bought this to allow me to wirelessly send audio from my DJ program on my laptop to my PA system to play music during band breaks since I'm usually out in the room away from the equipment to plug in directly. This worked perfectly & as expected. It is important to note that you need to make sure you set the Sensitivity setting on the body pack higher than you normally would for a microphone, otherwise it will peak the pack & come out VERY distorted. I do wish the cord was longer but love that it's a right-angle plug.

Good quality.
The problem with Sennheiser microphones is that they don't fully support other cables. Need to buy their cable only.

The ONLY cable worth using
I've been filming video for over 15 years now and this product is the only cable worth using with audio transmitters. It has the best quality, plus it has the screw-in jack to ensure the cable doesn't accidently pull out during interviews.

Basic cable, works as expected
Sennheiser cables can be a lot more expensive than a standard 1/8" (3.5mm) patch cable. For wireless transmitters and receivers, they get handled enough that it's worth getting a cable that twist locks. It also helps take strain off the port on your device.

You Never Know What Kind of Connection You Need
I bought this wire as a back up because you never know what kind of sound you need to be recording for your video. This came in really handy because with a few events, the board taking in the microphones only had a headphone output to send me the audio. I was able to use this to achieve sound to the transmitter and get it to the receiver on my camera. It's a great thing to keep in my camera bag for a quick solution.

Knocked off a star because of the price.
Does what it should, but dang what the heck is up with the price on these cables? I get it... can't get aftermarket (also, what's up with that?). But seriously....

It works
So this is a bit of kit that's moderately difficult to track down. While the use cases are probably limited, I really needed this so that I could hook my wireless receiver up to my mirrorless camera. The prosumer camera unsurprisingly only offers a minijack hook up and everything else that attaches to my Sennheiser mic has an XLR. Great purchase, Plan to buy a bunch more for back up.

The first picture of this add is a 1/4" to 1/8" and it is not that. It is a 1/8 90 degree stereo to locking 1/8" stereo. Yes the other pictures show that but not the first one which what I needed.
