Everything is fine with the product except its handle, which is NOT heat insulated, so user have to use a cloth or gloves everytime to avoid burning hazard during its handling.

The Handle is not insulated against heat... After cooking it got enormous heat and makes harm to the hands of the person... If Amazon or the supplier or the manufacturer is not answering to my grivences with in 30 days they have to face the legal action in the consumer court.... They can take it My Legal notice and respond me appropriately. Respond me at the earliest.

The pan is superb but the handle gets heated up and so we cannot touch handle while food is being prepared.The pan is heavy and of good quality.

Got @170 , Handle is made of steel, gets heated up quickly, otherwise perfect

The pan itself is sturdy but the handle heats up easily. It was a complete waste if money. I can use it when all other pans are dirty but definitely hard to use on a daily basis. Do not buy it unless you have a oven mitten to hold the handle with while cooking.

Okkayish pan, not so good at nonsticking. You always need oil while cooking in this pan. One of the worst thing about it is........it's handle gets very hot during cooking as it doesn't have and insulated covering. So I had to order a silicon handle cover worth 250 rupees for this pan alone.
