I Spy Little Wheels by Jean Marzollo (1998-10-01) Board book – January 1, 1801

This was a gift for my great nephew for his birthday. To my knowledge he loved it!

Bought this for my 2-year-old. We look for the items the book suggests we find and then we just look for other things in the pictures. He has a language delay so this is a GREAT book for practicing words and connecting words and pictures/objects. And of course, it is all about cars, plains, bikes, etc. which are his favorite things!

My 24 month old loves I Spy books. I noticed after 3 different I Spy books that most of the pages are the same or similar and just ask to find different objects. She still loves it but I wish they would change it up.

I got this for my 2 & 3/4 year old daughter and three other I Spy Little Books. She does not need board books now, but she likes to "read" them to her almost 1 year old brother. She will just leave them on the floor when she is done so they needed to be strong enough for him to chew on and whatever else he tries to do to the books. There is nothing cuter seeing my daughter get a book and make a story from the pictures for her brother. The pictures are simple enough for her to find any of the items listed and any other items we may ask her to find.

My 2 year old loves this book and so do his older friends .

This is one of my 3 year old boy's favorite books! He especially loves the page with all the tracks and the cars. He can stare at that page for several minutes. He will also carry the book around with him and show people "See the tracks!" And he tells me on a regular basis "I want to bring the tracks to MY house!" We love all the "I Spy" series, and have several of these books. But this book was of particular interest to my son. Funnily enough, we only play the I Spy game itself every once in awhile, but when we do, he is usually interested in playing...but we have to make it last longer than the book does. The book only has you find about 2 items per page. In this way, I think the book may be designed for kids slightly younger than my 3 year old. Nevertheless, he loves the cool pictures, and wants to keep all the cool toys.

Lovely board book--and a nice size--not too large--gret for our toddler who loves to spin wheels of all kinds--

We had to replace our original second hand copy because it was so well loved and used by our 2 year old. There are lots of little objects for him to look at and it is a great tool for teaching new words as he points at the different things on the page. We have most of the series and it is money well spent for the amount of enjoyment and the fact he always returns to these books and never seems bored of them.

Quite a bit smaller than I expected! See photo for comparison between the regular I spy book and this one. I bought this for my 3 year old nephew because he likes this version where the image of the item is listed (instead of just words). Funny thing is, he actually ran up to show his mom that they used the same photo as the regular large sized book!

This book was not what I expected when arrived, much smaller then I thought. It is a good for start for new comers to the I spy collection but would not recommend for older children as it is lacking in spying aspect.
