Unsatisfactory
It doesn't look like what's displayed in the pictures. The product quality is not too good. I purchased the grey colored one and it was unsatisfactory. Also, I doubt the capacity is 29 lt., the bag is fairly small in size.

Tommy Hilfiger a good brand name.
Overall a very good product, which is thoughtfully designed with superb quality. It's comfortable to carry to your office or if you're traveling for any outing. I am glad that I bought this bag.
