Since the forced quarantine it’s been a good time to reassess what needs to be done, one concern j have always had was the security of our home. Yes we have an alarm but in truth it wasn’t enough, my neighbours have an alarm and the cameras. So with what’s going on I am slightly worried there might be a period of theft to go on.Initially when I bought this it was just meant to be a deterrent but since I’ve had it installed which was a challenge mainly due to finding someone to do it. It’s been good, in the dark you can see what is going on. It connects to the internet so you can see from any where, I was at Waitrose and I could see the exterior of the house.The cables for the camera were long enough, I was worried as we have pretty big house.The box is pretty big but it does house a big hard drive.It records all the footage not sure if it will need to updated. The footage is pretty clear, I can see in the dark and as it’s record you can check later if you think something suspicious took place.It was easy to set-up and it works well. Especially as the camera’s wifi enabled.Overall I am happy and they give me a comfort that I can see from any where what is going on out side my house.

I always wanted to have a proper security sistem around my house, this one is really good. The night vision is clear and I like that this is fit for both indoor and outdoor use. I can see activities on my mobile phone, this CCTV system is so easy to set up because it comes with clear instructions and all necessary tools to make it work. I also like that I don't need to buy special cables to attach to the cameras. Seems to me made of durable and good quality material. This way, I can feel that my family is safe, always keeping an eye on the kids in the back garden when I am in the kitchen doing my cooking. I am happy I got this. Fair price, good service

Bought this 4ch,wireless cctv camera system and installed to provide some monitoring of my home.Before I installed this system I tested to make sure it worked properly.I was very impressed with the picture quality and ease of the setup.The picture quality of the cameras is very good. Even it’s dark outside, you can clearly see what is happening. The pictures during the day and night are all crystal clear and playback is extremely simple.It works very well with good range so far.In short,this system does everything I want.Although it’s not a big deal,as the cameras show up on the screen in order,it makes monitoring more sense.

Excellent system, great picture quality (even at night), comes complete with everything you need, links to your phone, impressive bit of kit.The only downside is the installation - we actually ended up getting a professional to come and install it. However even he said it’s a really good bit of kit and he didn’t have any issues with it - it was just that it was a bit too complex for us to install ourselves.

The media could not be loaded.  Great picture quality and price. Wasn't too difficult to set up for basic 24 hour recording but still cannot figure out how to set the correct date and time nor how to set it to motion detection recording only so when I do need to find an incident it means going through hours of boring camera footage. The technical support number doesn't exist!! But once I figure out these minor factors I'll be more than happy. Also it's not compatible with Alexa

Easy to set up and very reliable. HD cameras give very good images day and night and remote access is really useful.

Multiple resets. Software upgrade to latest version and the system still triggers on the slightest movement (rain, Moths, spiders) the PIR seems ineffective. I've put PIR on/off, boxed out high movement areas (trees swaying in the wind) I've adjusted the sensitivity from High -to- lowest and still get thousands of detects (over 6000 emails in a 7 day period) yes that does say SIX THOUSAND and I'm a network engineer. I have not had a single PIR detection despite me standing in front of the camera's (all four of them) every detect has been "motion" great if you want to detect rain / leaves etc. finding an intruder would be fun having to sift through 6000+ detects (it didn't send me emails for every detect either. Don't waste your money.Update.... Just found that the camera's don't support PIR but the software does. I contacted the support for info on updating the camera's to PIR (would obviously be extra cost) Got a reply within 12hrs (Excellent customer service) they are going to pass my query onto the system support. I'll update this review once I find out what the deal is.
