Great product I am on my second pot of these. They help with thinning hair and splitting or brittle nails you need to take them for a couple weeks to see any real improvement but after that everything grows really well a really effective product. Tiny little pill so easy to swallow with no taste to it. You will feel healthier in no time!!

I noticed a difference within weeks but that didn't last my nails were growing and felt stronger but only lasted for about 3-4 months then they went back to normal how they were before and stayed like that. I used the year supply and didn't buy again and my nails feel a little strong than before. my supply ran out about 4-6 months ago and i'm taking different supplements so maybe they are work
