Rust-Oleum301450 Specialty Chalkboard Brush-On Paint, 30 fl oz, Flat Black

(Excuse my white chalk smears..)Great product, only needed one coat, and works just like any other chalkboard. I highly recommend this product and would definitely purchase again. It doesn't flake or peel, the color is good quality, and i even used a tag with water to wipe off the chalk and no paint came off. In addition, I appreciated the affordability, how accessible it was, and how quick I received it. I got it the next day after ordering.

Bought this for our swingset outside. I was terrified after reading the container and reviews , assuming it wouldn’t last. It went on well and easy and has proven to be durable outdoors!

I bought this and a "ChalkPaint" from Michaels (they didn't have any black) to paint some wood serving boards to use like blackboards for messages, menus, etc. I used the Michael's first and it was fairly thick, neat to use, and dried to a nice flat finish after 2 coats. The Rust-oleum "Chalkboard" arrived. It was thinner and tended to run if not careful.. Dries fairly quickly (like the Michaels), and easy to clean up.So after 4 coats with some sanding to get rid of runs, it really looks like a blackboard! Definitely more work but the end product is looking fabulous.

The Chock board paint work as expected. Just wished they could sell it in a smaller size for smaller projects.

Looks great but is a little hard to clean.

Used this to turn a hobby lobby farmhouse sign into a chalk board for daughters room! Paint brush left streaks but roller smoothed it out. Did like 7 coats of paint to be smooth.
