The chops arrived fresh, not crushed and ready for using. The size package will last a while.

Always have a hard time finding these at the holidays. We use these to make fudge and they melt perfectly and taste great. The price was high in my opinion but they did the job.

Both kinds of these baking chips are wonderful. The flavor and quality of the chips is really nice. These work really well in baking (or just snacking on).
